Program Mechanics:
The Purple Cow Referral Program pays out
10% of GRA’s net income as a referral fee
every year – as long as your Client renews.
Your fee will reflect the payment mode:
annually, quarterly, etc. If you build up a big
block of business, you may even qualify for
an additional 10%, moving forward.

GRA Backroom Administration:
GRA will pay you checks directly. Whatever
arrangement you make with sub-agents is
up to you, but GRA will not pay sub-agents.
GRA will process checks as-earned weekly,
and will not allow referrers to get involved in
servicing, billing & collections. GRA will also
not process any cash advances for agents.

Purple Cow Marketing & Sales:
Purple Cow will pursue referrals according
to its own marketing and sales priorities,
and will not allow referrers to get involved
in any of the sales and renewal processes.
Clients will have the final say on their own
accounts, regardless of what the Referrer
wants or what Purple Cow recommends.
