c. Click here to download the Letter of Guarantee on your
letterhead, sign it, and fax it to (632) 888 0010, attn: Gia.
NOTE: Please give us 3 days to issue a Certificate of Cover,
and 7-10 days to deliver your cards.

2. Schedule an Employee Orientation
a. As soon as you sign up to join the Herd, call Gia Abundo
at 0917-800-5556 to schedule an Employee Orientation.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for scheduling.
b. The Employee Orientation will be given by both Asianlife
& GRA representatives to all your staff at the same time, in
your office. The orientation should last 1-2 hours.
c. The Employee Orientation will introduce you to Asianlife,
GRA, and Purple Cow. Asianlife will go over availment
and claims; GRA will go over Purple Cow benefits and C3.

3. LIKE Purple Cow EB on Facebook
a. During the orientation, GRA will conduct a LIKE campaign.
Staff will be invited to like Purple Cow Employee Benefits
on Facebook, one at a time.
b. The LIKE campaign welcomes new Purple Cow members
into a Facebook group in order to do the following:
1) inform members of the latest developments in their
Purple Cow Employee Benefits.
2) help members take charge of their own health by
providing them with access to suppliers through C3.
