14. Fyber All Hands
A quarterly session for all employees worldwide, sharing last quarter’s results, highlights and main
activities, in order to keep all our teams up-to-date, involved and engaged.
CEO Round Table
CEO hold in-person, informal round table meetings with a group of employees (to be selected randomly)
across all sites. These sessions will allow for an open, two-way conversation with the CEO who is open
to answer any questions employees may have.
Executive Round Table
Different Corporate Management members hold roundtables to discuss their specific area of expertise
with any employee that is interested in signing up. This will be an opportunity to gain exposure to
different departments and functions within Fyber and ask any questions you may have around this field.
These meetings will be conducted 1-2 times a quarter, in the different locations.

Our company works with customers, companies and people
around the world. As such, English is the business language of
the company. All written communications should whenever
possible be in English. Meetings may of course take place in
your language of choice; though, be sure everyone understands
the language in which the meeting is conducted.

importance of work-life balance in creating happy, productive employees.
What is a ‘Recharge’ day? It is a Friday (Sunday in IL) that you can take
off to create a long weekend. At which time of the year you take these is
completely up to you. During this long weekend, we encourage you to do
whatever recharges you like spending time with your family, having a
relaxing day at home, exploring new hobbies, or going on a weekend
getaway.
That means that you can create 5 long weekends each year, in addition
to your existing vacation days.
• You will receive 5 annual Recharge days
• Recharge days will require manager approval, just like regular
vacation days and will be accounted in the HR system
• Recharge days can only be taken on Friday (Sunday for the IL office)
and cannot be used for other days
