 Activation
 Transferring a license into a CmContainer, if was not activated yet
 Transferring a license into a CmContainer, after its confirmed de-activation
 De-Activation
 Transferring a license from a CmContainer back to CodeMeter License Central
 Re-Activation
 Transferring a new-generation-license into a CmContainer, if the previous
generation wasn’t successfully deactivated
 Usually, the old generation will be invalidated at this time

 An update that is bound to a CmContainer and thus doesn’t need a ticket for the first
activation
 Options:
 New (Assigned license)
 Edit/Change (Replacement)
 Delete/Lock (Withdraw, recycle, or blacklist honey pot)
 Execution options:
 Automatically in the background with every other activation / de-activation / re-activation
 Independently via License Portal (manually) or Activation Wizard (automatically)
