• Achievement – A person should have the quality
of achieving the aim in given frame of time
• Adventure – one should do his work joyfully, not
in compulsion
• Courage – one should have the courage to accept
the new challenges
• Creativity- instead of following ready path, one
should try to make new path
• Dependability – avoiding dependence on others,
trying to o the work alone

• Determination – to do the work with dedication,
makes work easy and chances of success will be
more
• Friendship – its necessary to work as team or
group
• Health – healthy mind lives in healthy body
• Honesty – honesty provides interest and
confidence
• Independence – working indepenently increases
confidence and abilities

• Integrity – as team leader, responsibility to
make team
• Intelligence – innovative ideas, thinking better
and different
• Justice – as team leader, it very important
• Kindness – kindness is big thing of working in
team/group
• Learning – no work is small or big, learning is

will be remain there itself either company or
ourselves

• Innovation means to improve or to replace
something, for example, a process, a product,
or a service.
In the context of companies
• Innovation is a process by which a domain, a
product, or a service is renewed and brought
up to date by applying new processes,
introducing new techniques, or establishing
successful ideas to create new value.
The Right Mindset for Innovation
• Break the rules!
• Collect ideas everywhere!
• Believe in the impossible!
• Put together an innovation team of
individuals with different perspectives and
thinking styles!
