1. To whom it may concern,
The directors and volunteers of Paternoster Educare Centre still talks amongst
ourselves of Tamara’s achievements at our pre-school, what an asset she was, and
what she meant for our school - achieving standards much higher than we could
ever imagine possible.
1. Tamara was punctual and 100% reliable. Although she had to reply on her
mother for transport at the time, which made her life a little difficult, but she was at
school before opening time, and left different times because of transport
difficulties. For meetings, workshops and appointments, she was always motivated
to be there on time. She often worked a whole Saturday and Sunday to complete
projects which she had set for herself.
2. She was employed from 1.2.2012 until 10.1.2013 when she resigned.
3. Tamara’s interaction and communication with children was outstanding.
From the day Tamara stepped into our pre-school, it underwent a complete
facelift! She has tremendous abilities with children of all ages, passion and
enthusiasm for her work and energy levels to achieve the aforementioned. She
amazed the directors and her colleagues on a daily basis.
4. She kept the children continuously occupied with age appropriate
stimulation and entertainment, taking part in all the outside activities herself.
5. At our pre-school she worked mostly with 2 to 5 year olds, but also gave
important input into the nursery, and in doing so upgraded the education for the
up to 2 year olds.
6. The directors, volunteers and myself recommend Tamara for any similar
position to the above, without any hesitation whatsoever.
7. I cannot think of one negative aspect, problem or criticism regarding her
ability to work with children.
She only needs wings, then she is an angel!
