1. Hockey pocky toffee
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup golden Syrup
1 tsp baking soda
Heat icing sugar and golden syrup in microwave 50% 4 mins
Stir well.
50% further 6 mins - (careful not to burn) Some microwaves hotter than others.
Mix in baking soda quickly, pour into greased 8" dish at once. Leave to cool and break into
shapes.
