To work in a challenging environment in the field of “Senior Document Controller” and in the

WORK EXPERIENCE IN SAUDI ARABIA:
Presently Working as a Senior Document Controller,
Archen Engineering Consultant. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Since November 2011 to 31st
DEC 2021.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
• Working on Supremo software for project documentations for incoming and outgoing
files and also familiar with Aconex.
• Responsible for the archiving of project documentation and ensuring that for the easy
retrieval.
• Maintaining project correspondence (hard copies/digital copies) which can be stored
/retrieved / archived / indexed efficiently.
• Keep a record of all folders/files that have been issued to various members of the team
and ensure they are returned in a timely manner.
• Using Web-based software to manage the uploading and downloading of documents,
submittals, drawings, etc.
• Dealing with Material Submittals, Document Submittals and Drawing Submittals with all
disciplines like Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical.
• Ensure hard copy information is printed from incoming CDs and CDs are filed according
to Archen filing procedures.
• Work closely with the CAD Drawing Coordinator in the preparation and issuing of
drawings ensuring that a record is kept of all the latest drawings and drawings are
superseded according to the latest revision.
• Maintaining project correspondence (hard copies/digital copies) which can be stored
/retrieved / archived / indexed efficiently.
• Verifying documents structure and the accuracy of the data, so as to ensure clear and
correct communications with the Client, the other stakeholders and the Contractor.
• Control, coordinate and supervise the issue and recording of all drawing and documents
produced by designers, subcontractors and other third parties for our design and construct
projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -
• Checks and proofreads correspondence, reports and other documents to ensure accuracy and
complete documentation prior to signature or initial of the concerned department head.
• A site contact will need to be on hand to welcome the engineer and sign off the work register
once the tests have been completed. The engineer may also need to access secure areas of the
site.
• If the tests are to be carried out on building / construction sites, please ensure that all tools are
readily available for the test to be conducted.
• Notify all staff that an Telecom Engineers will be on site.
• Prepares documentation from short notes or verbal instructions.
• Receives mail, identifies priority, and routes all mail as appropriate and maintains log for
control purposes.
• Reviews, edits and prepares documents for PAT’s signature.
• Prepares and maintains confidential correspondences and reports.
• Takes dictation and types a wide range of memos, letters and related documents.
• Performs general administrative functions inherent to all secretarial positions.
• Maintains and files company’s memoranda, circulars, and reports, policies and procedures etc.
• Provides daily feedback via e-mail to Executive on all activities and actions for that specific day.
• Assist other divisions as and when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

EXPERIENCE AS A Document Controller:
JAN 2005 to MAY, 2009
RESPONSIBILITIES: -
• To develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
• To providing administrative support to the Engineering team.
• As a supporting role in contract administration.
• To organize, update and improve the overall workflow of information and documentation
within the company.
• Responsible to track the status of the project and to know all the players that need to be
included in the general information exchange process.
▪ DC job responsibilities leads up to increasing accessibility, updating information, recording
traceability and retrieving documents, supporting the correct on-going project development.
• Verifying documents structure and the accuracy of the data, so as to ensure clear and correct
communications with the Client, the other stakeholders and the Contractor.
• Control, coordinate and supervise the issue and recording of all drawing and documents

• Produce reports on documentation and progress as requested. Ensure that hard copy and

• Assists with the filing of electronic documents, updating of document revisions and input of
required information into the Electronic Document Management system (EDMS).
• Responsible for managing and expediting document distribution
• Work with local project teams to plan for final handover of electronic documents and data
into the site EDMS system. Ensure that the required attributes, numbering, and file naming
conventions are used.
• Interface closely with the Company and Client EDMS team on setup issues. Where required,
attend project team meetings.
• Understand, apply and continually enhance administrative/secretarial support, professional and
business knowledge and skills.
• Performing all other Administrative support and also do things out of the way when the
situation demands.

Technology, Hyderabad, India.

Ms-Power Point, & Ms-Outlook).
