1. How-To: Export mail folders to PDF
Step 1. Open your mailbox and hit the PDF Converter toolbar icon.

Step 2. Select Individual folders and hit the Select folders action.

Step 3. Select the folders that will be exported and hit OK.

Step 4. Select Single PDF file with a bookmarks view and hit Create PDF.

Step 5. Once the export is complete, hit the provided PDF icon in order to open
the created PDF file. Alternatively, use the other provided actions
in order to save the file, send by e-mail or copy to clipboard.

The above image shows the created PDF file. The Bookmarks view in the PDF file (shown
on the left) displays the original mail folders and their associated emails. Clicking on any
email link in the bookmarks view will display the email in the main frame (on the right).
7. How-To: Export mail folders to PDF
Note: If you prefer to export your mail folders to hard disk folders, then in Step 4, select
Separate PDF files in a folder structure and choose where the folders will be saved and
how the PDFs will be named (see above image). Once set, hit the Create PDF button.
8. How-To: Export mail folders to PDF
Once completed, the email folders will appear on your hard disk
with their associated PDF files (and any subfolders).
9. What we have done:
We selected 3 folders and exported them to a Single
PDF file with a bookmarks view.
We selected 3 folders and exported them to hard
disk (with automatic folder creation).
