The COVID19 pandemic has thrown life out of gear all over the world and the education sector is one of its major
victims. As faculty and students race against time in order to equip themselves with the relevant skills and facilities to
complete syllabus online, the fate of offline classes and normalcy in institutions is staring at a horizon of uncertainty.
Keeping this at the core, an event from Vision Tribe- The Management Forum was organized for the students of II
Semester MBA who were asked to work in teams and come up with strategies that can be adopted by the institutions all
over the state as they slowly open up for regular contact classes. Students were given a week’s time to prepare and present
the same over videoconference. 13 teams participated in the event who proposed ideas including but not limited to
dedicated application support from the universities to the affiliated colleges, uploading recorded sessions of subjects on
YouTube, hybrid model of education where there would be a combination of online and offline classes post the pandemic.
Evaluation was done based on the presentation as well as the strategy document submitted by the teams.
