1. Position Title: Account Executive 50-70K DOE<br />I. Department and Position Overview: <br />The Account Executive supports business development/sales and client services efforts by implementing and managing projects in a timely and efficient way, assuring high-quality delivery to meet client expectations. The Account Executive manages the project life cycle, using proven techniques and tools to achieve milestones and deliver results. The Account Executive drives the daily activities of the project, communicating with key internal service delivery personnel and manages scope creep, scope change, and timeline inhibitors. <br />The Account Executive is responsible for implementing projects in such a way as to promote and support the success and profitability of all continuing education and/or brand support projects.<br />II. Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:<br />Assist in budget development and reconciliation of jobs to ensure minimum net and gross profit standards/requirements<br />Works within and manages to assigned and budgeted labor hours by job and position level, to ensure minimum standards of job profitability. <br />Maintains and/or exceeds minimum billable utilization percentages for position level<br />Works with Traffic to develop timelines and communicate milestones <br />Executes timelines and overall project management with risk/response consciousness <br />Oversees integration of all project elements<br />Provides quality management based on internal/external client expectations<br />Coordinates the development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations<br />Modifies core product framework plans to form custom project plans<br />Initiates and reviews work orders with key internal groups<br />Initiates and measures effectiveness of recruitment strategies<br />Assists and provides liaison with faculty/moderators<br />Coordinates and participates content planning call with faculty and/or key content experts and personnel<br />Interaction with finance in regard to contract negotiations for outsourced service <br />Executes project plan based on budget<br />Manages communication with key, internal personnel regarding initial and on-going information and status<br />Completes client contact reports as deemed necessary<br />Provides on-site project management; serves as a liaison between meeting services and client services<br />III. Position Requirements:<br />Education or Equivalent: <br />4-year college degree <br />1 year relevant job experience preferably in the healthcare communications industry preferred<br />Managed market/care experience a plus<br />
