This talk on structured wiki use was held at the XP2010 conference in Trondheim, Norway on June 3rd, 2010, and again at JavaZone in Oslo, Norway on September 9th, 2010. A video of the talk at Javazone is available here (2nd talk, beginning at 11:20 minutes): https://vimeo.com/album/1685213/video/28614891
This was the abstract for the talks:
"The city administration of Oslo, Norway, has recently introduced the Atlassian Confluence enterprise wiki to be a collaborative multi-tool for addressing several of their challenges with internal project management and organizing information. In light of this effort this talk will consider some of the benefits of taking a structured approach when adopting such grass-roots knowledge management tools, and how Confluence in particular is well suited to this type of tasks due to its powerful plugin-framework."

9. … but getting negative reactions.
stort behov for fleksibilitet i
dokumentasjonshåndteringen.”
