Govt. of India Survey: In Search of IT Diamonds
Structure:

Brief:
A project earned from Govt. of India in identifying IT resources for development of an IT Hub.
7. Methodology:
Survey Methodology: Based on a preliminary survey of IT infrastructure and IT human
resource potential of the geographic location, a structured IT Usability Questionnaire
was designed and administered to the respondent groups.

Applied User Experience Research - Case Two:
Survey Sample:
The survey was conducted at eight locations within the District of Nagpur.
Sample size: 759 respondents group answering 1,518 IT Usability Questionnaire sheets.
Demographics: Primarily Engineering College Students and IT working/non-working, male and female
professionals between the age group of 21-34.

Survey Methodology:
•The survey at all eight centers was initiated with open discussions on IT topics.
Participants were invited to respond to questions on IT topics like Search Engines,
Metadata concepts, Human Computer Interface, User's Interactions and Processes in E-
Commerce, Laser beam technologies, Wireless, Voice Over Internet, Bio-technology input
etc.
•In the second part, an IT Usability Study Questionnaire captioned "If you can think IT, you can
deliver IT" was distributed among participants capturing - (A) Participant's demographics, (B)
Participant's knowledge about Indian IT from usability point-of-view, (C) Participant's knowledge
about global IT from usability point-of-view, and, (D) Participant's knowledge about some currently
applied IT tools from usability point-of-view.
•The questionnaire contained statements like:
- An Internet-based program called e-Choupal plans to cover over 100,000 Indian villages serving 10
million end-users in rural India. Agree [ ] Do not Agree [ ] Do not know [ ]

eBiz Content Management Dashboard is designed to support product life-cycle promotion materials for eBiz clients.
Over quarterly product lifecycle promotions, pharmaceutical companies generate assets produced by eBiz. A
sharable Web- based Dashboard environment interfacing with private Cloud was designed with ease of user
experience in storing, sharing and distributing pharmaceutical product promotion assets with time stamps.
