  3. 3. <ul><li>Art. 35 is the result of close cooperation between UEFA and Supporters Direct </li></ul><ul><li>The SLO concept gained full approval from the national associations represented on the UEFA Club Licensing Committee </li></ul><ul><li>The concept was discussed and endorsed by the 2010 European Football Fans Congress in Barcelona </li></ul><ul><li>Supporters Direct were subsequently commissioned by UEFA to implement the project </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>Appointment of an advisory expert group comprising: </li></ul><ul><li>SLOs from Germany, Denmark, Spain and the Czech Republic </li></ul><ul><li>National association SLO coordinators from Germany and Portugal </li></ul><ul><li>Representatives of UEFA, FSE and Supporters Direct </li></ul><ul><li>This expert group held three meetings to: </li></ul><ul><li>Define the objectives and minimum requirements </li></ul><ul><li>Review the content of the SLO handbook </li></ul><ul><li>Plan the training for the national associations/leagues (licensors) and club SLOs </li></ul>
