EnergyOne provides auditing services for single or multiple
locations, regionally or nationally ranging from total lighting and
electrical system analysis performed by a Certified Specialist to full
building diagnosis performed by a professional engineers. Our
audits provide custom designed solutions for every aspect of a
facility’s energy consuming environmental systems.
Energy audit reports provide a detailed description of the
building’s energy-related systems, a list of opportunities for energy
reduction, estimated implementation costs of energy cost
reduction measures and the financial metrics to aid the building

At EnergyOne we provide a complete lighting design service for
commercial and industrial clients. We specialize in both internal and
external lighting and our in house experienced team of lighting designers
can design systems that will enhance your business environment whilst

of carbon emissions associated with your lighting.

EnergyOne Solutions is proud to be partnering with Marnoch
Facilities Maintenance (MFM )to meet all of our client’s
HVAC needs. MFM was founded in 1990 in Barrie. Marnoch
Facilities Maintenance is an established, full‐service
contractor / supplier specializing in a wide‐range of

18. Financing
Customized “Pay-as-You-Save Plan” Financing
EnergyOne Solutions can arrange through one of its financial partners a
customized financing plan that allows our customers to “pay” for the
upgraded system over time using a portion of the positive cash flow from
energy cost savings generated by the upgrade. EnergyOne offers this
added value that require minimal or no capital investment and covers all
labor and materials, as well as soft costs.
Customized “No Capital Required” Financing
EnergyOne Solutions can arrange another customized financing program
with no customer capital up front. For example, EnergyOne upgrades the
Customer’s lighting in their building(s). From the positive cash flow from
energy cost savings generated by the upgrade the Finance company
retains 90% in the first year with 10% of the saving goes directly to the
customer. In year 2 the Finance company retains 80% and the customer
would retain 20% and so on for 5 years. Year 3 it would be a 70% / 30%
split, year 4 a 60%/40% and in year 5 a 50%/ 50% split. This also includes
all of the maintenance costs relating to the lighting system for the full
five year period. At the end of 5 years the customers owns the system.
*Note this financing works best when a rebate program is in place.
