  2. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise clients clearly, and liaise with other professionals. • Listening skills, to understand exactly what clients require. • Problem-solving skills. • Ability to work well under pressure. • Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email, letter and face to face. Added Advantage (good to have however not a basis for rejection) • Understanding of CRM, Sales Process, etc • Awareness of basics on Marketing • Willingness to Travel for Business across borders • Can handle International Interactions The Role: The role would involve various Pre Sales, Demand Generation and Business Development Activities like: • Developing and implementing B2B sales strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets, • Direct customer engagements for account management and project management. • Pursuing and maintaining new business relationships, understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients. • Preparing various presentations and should regularly attend client meetings. • Following up clients continuously and responding to client enquiries of sharing propositions, demos etc. • Prepare business development strategies according to the needs of the client. Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients.
