India has the largest number of youths between the
ages of 18-30 years. The situation can be a boom for
ourcountry, which can be the world’s superpower, if we
are able to develop positive attitude and learning aptitude
of our youths. They easily define their vision, mission, &
goals and work with zeal to acquire knowledge and skills
to realize the goals. I become frightened when I think
of the situation where sufficient percentage of our youth
turns to be a liability instead of asset to themselves, their
parents, their state, and the nation because of lack of
constructive attitude and desired skill-set.
I would like to complement Sh. Deepak Kumar, for
his dedicated efforts towards motivating the youths
in the above direction. An engineering graduate and
post-graduate in management, he has preferred to be a
counselor in TERII to serve the masses.

Water is meaningless for those who are not thirsty.
Like I was doing my work of spreading positivity with
empowerment of people and inspiring them for a life of
vision and mission, without a proper platform for last five
years.

This is very basic truth in life. Many people had said
this before me also. But I will add one more thing—
‘How you start thinking? From where your thoughts are
coming? And how they control everything in your life?’
Tell me one thing–Whatever you know today, is it all
learned, heard or seen in your life?
I know one thing, “Only strength can tell about
strength.”
What you know today is the result of what kind of
education system you have followed. If you think you are
not happy or not rich today even after following the same
education system, I must say that your education system
was wrong and you have to change that.
From education system I mean; every person, every
source of information, every bit of knowledge you are

The Real Story of My Life
I did my schooling up to 5th standard from a very
small school, where I was treated as an ordinary child. I
was from a poor and uneducated background. My father
was a labourer and my mother a house-wife. But like
every child I had a great potential and somehow after 5th
standard I took admission in a reputed school of my area,
where education standards were quite high. Again, no
one was interested in knowing me and in knowing where
things were going wrong in my case. That resulted in my
regular bunking of school sometimes even for a week or
more.
I was thrown out of the school with great humiliation.
That day I understood about the reality of this world.
What I concluded from that is—Everyone around you is
interested only in the results and not about your feelings
& wishes.
From then on I took the responsibility of my life in my
own hands at the early age of 12 in 1997.
I discovered from my own experience was that
education you need to become a real hero in real life is
not taught at school.
List of real super heroes in every fields is quite long
who believe with my point that—your education system
must be proper & real then only you can grow.

a better place to live (I think it must be in every one’s
personal vision statement), then your mission could be—
to contribute through research & development in your
favorite area, through your marketing skills, real estate

Spend some time alone in the lap of nature.
My sincere advice to you is please take some time out
of your busy schedule and live with mother nature. When
you are with your heart in the presence of nature, that’s
what makes you wise.
When you sit alone with nature, with no thoughts
in your mind that is pure meditation. What I mean by
meditation is mindlessness or thoughtlessness.
We are busy in doing something or the other all the
time. We need some pure and fresh air where we can
charge our mind, body and soul.
Nature is matchless as far as charging your mind, body
and soul is concerned. This activity will charge you with
freshness.
Go to a park-sit on a bench or on the grass and just
keep watching the trees, birds, and the sky for half an
hour, doing nothing. This practice will recharge you for
the whole day.
Remember, whether you are rich or poor, the nature
unconditionally, loves you always.
Natural source of happiness & richness always work
and Nature is just that one...

Sit before a mirror and speak about
your vision of life.
Sitting before a mirror is a powerful way to gain great
concentration level in your works. When you sit before a
mirror and look into your own eyes and speak about your
vision, then a miracle will happen. Feel it & take all the
benefits from it that is there for you.
Before showing your vision to the world with
confidence, it is necessary for you to send your vision in
your blood stream in private. Mirror is your best friend.
Practice and feel the difference.
Speaking about your vision in front of the mirror
provides you not only with a special & deep meaning but
also self-motivation.
Mirror never tells a lie. It is the most honest friend that

I want to make this point very clear that Happiness
and Wealth is not something that you get by chance, it is
purely by choice.
As per the great Brain Tracy, ‘Success is predictable’
and I agree with his point of view. Once you master any
art then it looks very easy for you to do it. Same is with
the art of making money. You need to learn it properly;
you need to understand the laws of making money and
then you can make unlimited amount of money.
There are no limits to your achievement. You know
that people who are earning billions of dollars are also
human beings just like us. They also have 24 hours in
a day as we all have. They have 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 ears
& 2 eyes as we all have. The only difference lies in their
habits.
However, this book is not only on financial wisdom. It
is just a starting point in your financial mastery because
it will make a paradigm shift in your routine thinking. If
you think even for a second that ‘Earning money is not
just luck, it is an art,’ then I think that my job is done.

earning more money.
Another term is MSK i.e. ‘Multiple Sources of
Knowledge’. Both these terms are inter-related.
Your MSI is directly proportional to your MSK.

more you can take from things,’
it is a universal law.”
How much you invest on your knowledge is very
important because this will pay you in the form of your
MSI (Multiple Sources of Income).
Like for a college teacher apart from teaching his
students, he can multiply his sources of income by the
following ways:-

He/she can share his/her knowledge with the masses
through conducting seminars, do video recordings and by
starting his own website. By writing books on that subject
and by acquiring deep & practical knowledge of that
subject he/she can give lectures in some more institutes
and can earn significant money. These all will be their
MSI, I mean to say additional sources of income.
But most of the teacher do only regular jobs in one
institution till retirement. They follow the rule of SSI
(Single Source of Income).
Remember rich people are always keen to open their
MSI and they are passionate about it.
Notice that many people have only SSI throughout
their life. i.e. they get (earn) money only from their 9 to 5
work. They will never try to increase their regular source
of income. They will never update their professional
knowledge. They will never invest on their own skills like
speaking, presentation & leadership skills.
If you are not updating and changing your abilities
as per the demands of time, you will never become
rich. Becoming rich is like making a building. Every
building requires a strong foundation. So for your strong
foundation, I am giving you the ‘10 Great Habits’ pack to

Remember, wherever you go, whatever you do, you
will find people around you and once you acquire the
skills of developing them you are not going to stop.
Please invest some time in developing your leadership
& public speaking skills, that will help you for lifelong.
You know, you have two options in life, either love
people or hate people. Loving people is the best option in
all respects and once you treat people like good people,
they automatically start showing their goodness. Because
everyone wants respect in his life. Loving people is the
key to lifelong success.

7th Habit
They Use Everything What They Have
Tell me one thing—if you have a multi-media mobile
phone and you are using it only for incoming/outgoing
calls and SMSing, then you are not utilizing it to its fullest.
This is what separates you and those 5% extraordinary
people of the world.
Imagine a football or cricket ground with no
advertisement and no TV telecast then tell me how
much money sports men & organizers will earn.
I am giving you a big idea. Think over it. Use every bit
of your brain which is the most powerful computer in the
world. Extraordinary people are sure about the optimum
use of all the resources they have.
Think about my mobile phone example and replace
‘mobile phone’ with ‘your brain’ in that example and
then think how much your brain is powerful and how
much you are using it at present. Luckily, it is still with
you.
Write down all the things that you can easily perform
using your brain to its full capacity with your whole
heart.
Believe me, you are the original artwork of
God. You can do anything. Invest sometime in
discovering new skills in you.

8th Habit
They Think & Talk of Abundance and
Work with Never-Ending Spirits
Please remember about the founders of great companies.
They are not with us today but their companies are still
growing. It is an indication of some deep meaning.
Extraordinary people always think in abundance. We
human beings are the most powerful entities present on
this earth.
Usually people only talk and dream in limits. It is very
clear that if their input is limited then the output will
also be within limits.
Our thoughts are the inputs and our actions are the
outputs.

If you are thinking small then how come you are going
to achieve big?

One more thing about extraordinary people is that
they work with never ending spirits. You will die someday
but if you have done some meaningful work with never
ending spirit, that will always remain alive in the hearts
of people.

Put everlasting spirit in your work and feel the
satisfaction in your heart.
Just imagine about someone, who had started from a
single project and is now running hundreds of projects.
How & why?
Thinking in Abundance about every thing is the key
to this. Think without limits. Thinking is very important.
You can never overtake your thinking in life.

8th Habit
They are Perfect Speakers
& Presenter of Things
Your team is as good as you are. I completely agree with
my guru Shiv Khera’s point that, ‘Who is not selling?’
We all are salesmen of different products or services
and presenting ourselves every moment in front of
somebody or the other.
