As brakedrum and disc producer we had the knodlege about brakeing and how to solve a lot of brakeing problems
in the market, STTP-DYNOTHERM Is a OE Quality Friction manufactor .
Our company prides itself in maintaining a strict quality control standard.
400 FLEETLINE Series FRICTION
Standard Brakepad and Brakelining materials

This is a semi-metalic friction material with a good wear resistance and
a good milage.
DX90 FLEETLINE Series FRICTION
This a High End (OEM/OES) Friction
The special friction material (DX90) is being made under special circumstances
This friction material was developed for Air force and is used in Truck and Trailer.
This FIRE PROOF friction is now the state of the art and is used by STTP as the
leading edge for trucks, trailers and busses.
DX90 Is a Carbon Metallic friction what contains no heavy metals or airborne fibers
and are made from supr low phenol resin from Germany.
The DX90 Sintered Disc brakepads are the world first in this class.
This gives a longer milage on the pads and a longer life on Drums and Discs.
Currently STTP Dynotherm is aiming on OE and OES Business that will be released in the beginning of 2009.
Contracts have been made with 2 German axle supliers and a large Off-Road Axle manufacterer in France.

5. STTP Dynotherms unique friction brakepads and brakelining, results in minimum
mating material surface abrasion.
Togehter STTP Brakedrums and her Brakelining improved thermal loading capabilities
results in less heat crazing and surface cracks, along with better dimensional stability
in the brakedrums and discs plus improved wheelbearing service life.
A greatly extended life of friction brakepads and brakedisc can be expected,
what will grealy reduces the down time.
