Search Hamblyn Selection’s executive headhunters are experts in identifying the ideal candidates and attracting them to your business. With an eight stage programme from helping develop the brief and defining the business resource need, through to successful employment and business follow up, Clients have confidence from the outset are will not be disappointed in the results.  Candidates are managed with great respect and understanding because we appreciate the role HAS to be right for them, for them to be right for our Clients. We also employ the services of our business partners as required including the application of psychometric testing through JCA Ltd. (See Below) JCA (occupational psychologists) Limited Working closely with Hamblyn Selection, JCA provide psychometric analysis on shortlisted candidates for incorporation into the evaluation process  www.jca.biz
Selection Our Selection process incorporates both evaluation of response to marketing of Client briefs, along with a filtered evaluation of our robust database built up over the past 9 years We maintain close contact with thousands from within the media industry and related fields where skills are clearly transferable

Attracting Candidates We operate information systems and database that are updated as live.  We target individuals from all media & marketing disciplines at all levels including Chief Executives and Media Executives. We make ourselves available to do this – interviews start at 08.00 and end at 19.30 We advertise positions including automated web updates as new positions are posted. We have over 12,000 media candidates on our database following 9 years of interviewing
