1. Jupiter was direct in Pisces on November 24th, 2022, which is considered very auspicious in astrology as Pisces is ruled by Jupiter.
2. The Moon, Sun, Mercury and Venus were all transiting through Scorpio on this date, creating a "stellium" but in a cooled down, rational way due to the Moon's influence.
3. This planetary configuration supported positive decisions around forming a unity government in Malaysia and appointing Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister.

HOW TO IDENTIFY THE KEY TRANSITING PLANET ON 24 NOVEMBER 2022 IN DELIVERING GOOD
RESULTS TO ANWAR IBRAHIM AS THE 10TH
PRIME MINISTER TO LEAD A UNITY GOVERNMENT
OF MALAYSIA

SYNOPSIS
The main aim of presenting this topic is to reaffirm the present author’s viewpoints in her previous article (1) and to
go deeper into astrological investigation of identifying the key transiting planet on 24 November 2022 in delivering
good results to Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister (PM) to lead a unity government of Malaysia. For the past
five days since the 15th general election (GE15), Malaysia was thrown into chaos due to the outcome of a hung
parliament (2) whereby no one single political party could hit the magic number of 112 parliamentary seats needed
to form a new government. Although Pakatan Harapan (PH) emerged as the campion in the GE15 race, there was
no clear indication or confirmation on which coalition party would join force with PH to deliver sufficient parliamentary
seats for forming a coalition government to rule the country. There are two important issues of concern to be
addressed by the nation which practises parliamentary democracy with constitutional monarchy and His Majesty
The King as the Paramount Ruler (3). The first issue is the formation of a coalition government (4) with a simple
majority of at least 112 parliamentary seats secured, and the second issue is the appointment of a new prime
minister of Malaysia. After experiencing a period of turmoil since the GE15 results had been released, the King
decided to play a proactive role to break an impasse by facilitating the process of negotiation to achieve the targeted
goals of a) forming a new unity coalition government which is also known as the ‘Kerajaan Perpaduan Malaysia’
(5), and b) selecting a new prime minister. This proposal by the King was adopted in a special meeting of Malay
Rulers on Thursday 24 November 2022 at 10.30 AM (6) in Istana Negara, Kuala Lumpur. The said meeting ended
an hour later followed by a statement from the Palace informing that Anwar Ibrahim would be sworn in as the
country's 10th
PM at 5.00 PM on the same day (7).

INTRODUCTION
This article is a continuation of the present author’s presentation to members of the Malaysian Astrological Society
(MAS) on the topic entitled: ‘How to use vedic astrology to decode messages of planetary transits on 22 November
2022 for forming a coalition government led by a prime minister’ (1). This article focuses on the key transiting
planet Jupiter relative to other transiting planets in impacting the significant event on 24 November 2022 in terms
of delivering good results to the leader of PH that is, Anwar Ibrahim to form alliances with the third winning bloc,
Barisan Nasional (BN) as well as other lesser winners to work together under a 10-point agreement (5) to ensure
stability and unity among various races, religions, and regions in the country. This article also offers an astrological
explanation of the role of other important transiting celestial bodies namely, Moon in Scorpio conjunct Mercury,
Sun and Venus in the same sign in influencing human affairs and decision-making processes at a national level.
HOW TO GENERATE A PLANETARY TRANSIT CHART FOR MALAYSIA ON 24 NOVEMBER 2022
To generate a planetary transit chart for the purpose of this article, we use the date 24 November 2022, time 10.30
AM as reported in the media (6) that the King would convene a special meeting of Malay Rulers at Istana Negara,
and place Kuala Lumpur, capital city of Malaysia to consider his proposal to resolve the 2 key issues as mentioned
in the synopsis.

ASTRONOMICAL PERSPECTIVE OF TRANSITING JUPITER AND OTHER PLANETS
In the solar system, all planets including Earth, comets, asteroids and other objects orbit Sun in elliptical orbits
(see Figure 1) rather than perfect circles (8, 9). They orbit Sun in direct motion at different speed. Earth
takes 365.25 days to orbit Sun (10). Jupiter (see Figure 2), the largest planet (diameter 142,984 km) in the solar
system takes 11.9 Earth years to orbit Sun (11) as compared to other slow-moving planets with longer orbital
duration. For example, Saturn orbits Sun in 29.5 Earth years; Uranus in 84 Earth years, Neptune in 165 Earth
years, and Pluto in 248 Earth years (9,10). Except Sun and Moon which always move in direct motion (11) meaning
that they never go into retrograde mode, all other planets at a certain period of time may pause for a while to
become stationary before they resume orbiting at a slower speed relative to background stars (12, 13,14),
thereby making them to appear as if they are moving ‘backward’. Retrograde planets may then pause or stay
stationary again before resuming their direct eastward motion to become direct (13, 14).
Reference to Chart A, there are three planets (Neptune, Uranus and Mars), and two lunar nodes in retrograde
motion (Rx). Lunar nodes (see Figure 2) are always in Rx mode (15, 16, 17, 18). Note that Jupiter is in direct motion
on 24 November 2022 as compared to its Rx motion on 22 November 2022 (1). In fact, Jupiter in Pisces was in Rx
mode before, during and after GE15 right up to 23 November 2022.

ASTROLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE OF TRANSITING JUPITER AND OTHER PLANETS
Jupiter takes around 12 years to complete the zodiac circle, meaning that it takes about one year to complete
its transit in one sign (15,17) but the duration varies due to retrogression. Jupiter retrogrades 120 days
(16). Saturn takes 2.5 years to transit a sign. Mars, the fiery red planet takes about 40 days to complete its transit
in one sign. Sun takes around 30 days to transit a sign (1,9,10); it does not retrograde. Mercury and Venus take
more than 30 days to transit a sign due to retrograde motion. As mention, Moon takes 2.5 days or 60 hours to
transit a zodiac sign (1,19). The slowest planet is Pluto which takes takes around 12 to 31 years to transit from one
sign to another; overall it takes about 248 years to complete the zodiac cycle (1, 20, 21). From an astrological
perspective, this means that the effects of slow-moving planets will last longer than that of fast-moving planets (22).
IDENTIFYING AND DECODING MESSAGES OF TRANSITING JUPITER DIRECT IN PISCES ON 24
NOVEMBER 2022
This article focuses on the key transiting Jupiter planet relative to other transiting Moon, Sun, and other celestial
bodies on 24 November 2022 from an astronomical perspective, and then applies the information to an astrological
study of a significant event pertaining to royal consent on the formation of a unity coalition government led by PH
with its second partner BN as well as appointment of Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th
PM of Malaysia.
4. 4
As mentioned, in astronomy Jupiter is the largest planet (11), and in astrology be it Vedic or Western Tropical,
Jupiter is considered as the most benefic planet of all other planets in terms of the ability to generate desirable
outcomes to an individual or a nation. In Roman culture, Jupiter is the ‘King of Heaven and Earth’ or ‘King of the
gods’ (23). In Vedic Astrology, Jupiter is known as 'Guru' or 'Brihaspati' (22). Jupiter is the significator of
expansion, knowledge, luck, optimism, opportunity, success, spirituality, and wisdom.
Pisces is a water sign ruled by Jupiter (see Figures 2 and 3) which also rules Sagittarius. Pisces is symbolised by
two fishes connected by a cord swimming in opposite direction (see Figure 4) to represent co-existence,
deep thinking, flexibility, and unity in carrying out tasks to achieve harmony for success. These characteristics
are reflected in the concept of a unity government proposed by the King.
On 29 July 2022, Jupiter entered into in the sign of Pisces (Meena Rasi) at 14◦ 32’ 16.00” in Uttara Bhadrapada
nakshatra, pada 4 (24), and stayed in Pisces in retrograde motion (Rx) for nearly four months before it turns
direct (moving forward) on 24 November 2022 at 04◦ 38’ 27.95” in Uttara Bhadrapada, pada 1 (see Table I).
Uttara Bhadrapada is the 26th nakshatra (constellation or lunar mansion) ruled by Saturn and governed by Ahir
Budhyana (serpent of deep ocean). In Hinduism, this is a spiritual nakshatra associated with Rudra (the fierce
and destructive dimension of Lord Shiva) symbolised by ‘two back legs of a funeral cot or funeral pyre’ (25) to
represent spiritual awakening for final liberation or freedom from bondages and karmic burden.
The sacred messages of transiting Jupiter direct in Pisces in Uttara Bhadrapada indicate that Jupiter has the
divine power and strength to deliver good results especially it is placed in a Trikona house (1st, 5th and 9th
placement from Moon). Transiting Jupiter in Pisces is 5th house from transiting Moon in Scorpio (see Chart A). This
date 24 November 2022 is therefore auspicious to the native (Anwar Ibrahim) and Malaysia as a whole because
of positive outcomes arising from the two significant events namely a) Special meeting of Malay Rulers with the
King (Yang di-Pertuan Agong) at 10.30 AM (6), and b) Swearing-in Ceremony for Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th PM at
5.00 PM in the Palace (7). The ‘Reformasi’ movement initiated by Anwar Ibrahim gained traction among voters in
GE14, and rekindled soon after announcement of GE15 on 20 October 2022 by the Election Commission (26).
The fighting spirit of PH is a factor of victory in GE15 indicated by Sagittarius rising at the Eastern horizon
(ascendant or lagna) in Purva Ashadha, pada 4 at the time 10.30 AM. Purva Ashadha is symbolised by an
elephant fighting with one tusk to represent ‘early or initial victory’. Reformasi has become the battle cry in
PH political rallies, and a driving force for national transformation.

DECODING MESSAGES OF TRANSITING MOON, SUN, MERCURY AND VENUS IN SCORPIO ON 24
NOVEMBER 2022
Moon placement in a horoscope is important to the study of human emotions, thinking processes, behavioural
tendencies, and actions. Emotions motivate actions either positively or negatively. Human emotions refer to more
5. 5
than one type of conscious mental reaction to any external stimuli or situations expressed in the form of anger, fear,
hatred, happiness, and love (1).
In astrology, Moon is a female planet representing liquid or water, fluctuating emotions, mind, mother, and the
public (1, 27). On the other hand, Sun is a male planet representing authority, father, government, leader, ruler,
and soul aspiration (atmakaraka). Mercury is a neuter planet of communications (broadcasting, publication,
speech, transportation, travelling, and writing), commerce, and intelligence. Venus is a female planet of arts, beauty,
luxury and pleasure.
Owing to the presence of four transiting planets Moon, Mercury, Sun and Venus (see Chart A) in the same sign
of Scorpio, a stellium also happens on 24 November 2022 but the heat generated by Sun is somewhat ‘watered
down’ or reduced by the gentle female energy of Moon which also represents water. This means that people are
able to cool down their temperament to think more rationally than emotionally or irrationally. Thus, 24 November
2022 is a ‘cooler’ day for decision making and interactions among people with different agenda, feelings, and ideas.
Furthermore, transiting planets in Scorpio are aspected by the divine Guru (Jupiter) which is capable of generating
positive vibes of good luck, peace, harmony, and success during this auspicious occasion on 24 November 2022.
Whereas on 22 November 2022, the stellium led to tremendous anxiety, restlessness, speculation, tension,
uncertainty, unproductive communications in the media and conversations among people arising from a mixture of
fake and real news leading to further confusion in the minds of people.
Reference to Chart A and Table I, on 24 November 2022 transiting Moon changed sign from the air sign of Libra to
the water sign of Scorpio at 09◦ 36’ 58.60” in Anuradha, pada 2. Whereas on 22 November 2022 transiting Moon
in Libra was at 13◦ 10’ 47.07” in Swati, pada 2 conjunct Ketu (1). Moon conjunct Sun, Mercury and Venus in the
same sign of Scorpio (see Figure 5) and also in the same Anuradha nakshatra: a) Moon in Anuradha, pada 2, b)
Sun in Anuradha, pada 2, c) Mercury in Anuradha, pada 4, and d) Venus in Anuradha, pada 4 (see Table I).
Anuradha is an auspicious nakshatra; it is also known as The Star of Devotion; it is symbolised by a lotus. Lotus
is a spiritual flower in Hinduism and Buddhism; it rises from mud without stains and untainted (see Figure 6). As
such, it represents purity, rebirth, and strength. Anuradha is ruled by Saturn, and governed by Mitra (god of
devotion) (1). This means that the King and 10th
PM of Malaysia (Anwar Ibrahim) are both hardworking elderly
males having the common characteristics of compassion, devotion, endurance, loyal to the people (Rakyat)
who supported them, and sincerity to the voters or general public in discharging their duties and
responsibilities as a ruler and a prime minister respectively.
Note that transiting Moon in Scorpio over Kuala Lumpur on 24 November 2022 is a New Moon with 1% visibility
(28, 29) to signify a new beginning for Malaysia with a new concept of government led by a new PM who has
his ambition fulfilled by occupying the top position (30) to continue fighting as a reformist in his life journey to
transform Malaysia for a better future for all races, religions and regions.

6. 6
The rest of transiting planets namely, Pluto, Saturn, Mars Rx, Neptune Rx, and Uranus Rx stay in their respective
signs and nakshatras. Similarly there is no change for two lunar nodes (Rahu in Aries and Ketu in Libra) within the
3 days’ period (22 – 24 November 2022). Decoding of messages from these transiting celestial bodies remain the
same as stated in the previous article dated 22 November 2022 (1).
CONCLUSION
This article has demonstrated to the audience how to identify the key transiting planet, that is, Jupiter on 24
November 2022 in delivering good results to Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th PM to lead a unity government of Malaysia.
It also offers an astronomical perspective of transiting planets so that the audience can learn how to use scientific
information for strengthening astrological analysis. Furthermore, the sacred messages of celestial bodies have been
decoded into plain text for easy comprehension of the complex nature of Vedic Astrology which requires the
elements of art and science in analysis, interpretation and prediction. Based on the planetary transits on 24
November 2022, the present author foresees many challenges in implementing the coalition government model
that demands sufficient financial and non-financial resources under the prevailing global economic stagflation. It is
also a tough journey of transformation for the PM and his team in the Cabinet to tackle problems arising from
mismanagement of national resources, and malpractices of previous regimes. Sun posited in Scorpio, and Mars
Rx in Taurus on 24 November 2022 are giving signals that the leader (PM) has to be alert and skillful in dealing
with potential threats in the form of deceptive strategy, intrigues and trickery deployed by political actors or enemies
with their agendas to destabilise his leadership position. Dark and destructive force is envisaged when transiting
Mars turns direct in Taurus between 13 January and 13 March 2023 (24). Nevertheless, with the tenancy of
Jupiter in Pisces until 22 April 2023 (24) protection to the PM is anticipated. In summary, the present author is
optimistic on the direction for Malaysia to move forward under the 10-point agreement proposed by PH to BN (5)
and other partners. The proposed agreement is a perceived win-win formula of a unity coalition government to
achieve a reasonable level of stability and prosperity over the next 5 years.
