3. AIESEC Davao, which is based in Ateneo de Davao University since 1973,
is the only AIESEC LC in one of the major regions in the Philippines,
Mindanao.
From top 500+ in 2008 and top 81 in 2009, AIESEC Davao was in the top 10
most outstanding local committee in the whole AIESEC International in
2010.
In AIESEC Philippines, we are known for the great service we offer to our
interns, having NPS scores of 7 and above.
Our members are the offspring of the marriage between Ateneo and
AIESEC. Ateneo teaches us to become persons for others, while AIESEC
teaches us to excel and be global. We try to achieve global excellence
for a positive impact on the society.
4. AIESEC Davao has constantly provided EPs with internship experience according to
AIESEC’s standards. Great quality TNs have continually accepted EPs to provide for
their continued and supervised personal skills and development.
Previous EPs deployed in the LC have continuously provided positive feedback by
being constantly in touch with the members of the LC and the TN. Moreover,
numerous EPs, upon going back to their countries, have chosen to become
AIESECers, and have stated the internship experience as a factor.
This TN Booklet features different TNs with different focus issues. It will be updated
every time new opportunities open from our TNs.
5. Davao City is the largest city in the Philippines. It is located in the island of
Mindanao and is one of the Philippines’s most progressive cities. In recent years,
Davao City has emerged as the business, investment and tourism hub for the entire
Southern Philippines. Davao boasts of many tourist destinations, fine white sand
beaches, mountain resorts and its proximity to the Philippines’ most captivating
diving spots as well as the country’s highest peak, Mount Apo.
6. Care For The Elderly
Foundation, Inc. (CFTEF)
Job Description:
• Apply your experience (work/course field) so as
to assist in programs, concerning health
programs designed for the clients.

7. Davao Autism Intervention Center
Foundation Center, Inc. (DAICFI)
Job Description:
• Assigned to class to aid the staff in attending children’s
personal necessities, and guide them during classroom
and co-curricular activities.
• Look after students during classes.
• Assist the teachers in facilitating the activities (e.g. flag
ceremony, music time, physical exercises, and self-help
exercises).
• Make an observation report after the class.
• Assist the teachers in preparing materials needed in
class activity.

organized by parents of children with autism, which
provides services for children or persons with autism.
8. Homes Peoples’ Federation
Philippines, Inc. (HPFPI)
Job Description:
• Assist the Regional Coordinator in project
management/implementation.
• Be involved in the site planning which includes knowledge in site
mapping, of the organization, etc.
• Provide assistance to HPFPI representatives in outreach programs,
savings and payment collections as a Field Work Assistant and/or
provide input or suggestion/s for improvement/s in loan collections.
• May assist in managing the finances of the organization.
• May assist in construction management as a Site Technical Assistant.
• May document and work in line with encoders, prepare reports to
funders, consolidate reports from technical team, do photo
categorization and video categorization.
• May do the technical drawings, technical presentations, estimates,
and other visual aids for workshops, government presentation and
technical reports as an Office Draftsman and submit papers to
building officials and/or permits needed for construction.
• The volunteer can choose which of the tasks enumerated above
he/she would undertake depending on his/her background/skills.

(with assistance) that will boost the productivity of target
communities.
