In case of missing Personnel, the Search and

18. General HSE Rules
Use of PPE is mandatory in working areas.
Facial hair that might inhibit the seal of a respirator is not
permitted.

the provided ashtrays and avoid the ground or trash buckets.
• Help keep our site clean and do not create a fire hazard.

22. Please Help Us Preserve the Environment and Our Job Site!
1. Always use the provided waste containers and trash barrels.
2. Segregate waste and dispose of it using the correct container.
3. Never throw “hot” items or cigarettes into trash containers.
4. Do not throw drinking bottles and trash onto the ground.

23. CONCLUSION
Log in onto visitor’s log book.
Make sure to sign out before leaving the location.
Wear your full PPE at all the times in working areas.
Do not put yourself in the “Line of Fire”.
Respect the sign posted.
Report all Hazardous situations and unsafe acts to supervisors.
Secure your laptop properly.
STOP THE JOB, if you feel it is unsafe to proceed.
24. Please Remember To
1. Gather up all of your belongings and personal gear.
2. Inform the Rig Manager and/or Medic that you are leaving, including
the date and time of your departure.
3. Unless you are using your own vehicle, wait in living quarters or your
temporary office until your transport and driver is ready. You will be
called when it is time to board.
4. Ensure you sign out of the Visitors Log and remove your
identification from the T Card Board.
