HCF User
HCF user is the main user of
the hospital portal (maybe the
quality director) - he/she will
be in charged of the Self-
assessment application form
submission, he/she will assign
SAT surveyors for each of the
specialty and he/she will
finalize and submit the SAT
record to CBAHI.
SAT Surveyor
SAT Surveyor is the person
assigned by the HCF User to do
the scoring in the specialty
assigned to him/her using the
username and password in the
email automatically sent to his
email during the HCF user’s SAT
surveyor assignment.

HAD User (CBAHI)
HAD User will receive the SAT
application form, approve it and
finally receives HCF User’s
finalized and submitted SAT
