Aluminum Circle for Small Appliances and Nonstick Pan
Since 2020, due to the continuous impact of the global new crown epidemic crisis, a
round of "stay-at-home economy" sweeping the world has gradually emerged. Among
them, the most representative one is the small cooking appliance market such as rice
cookers, electric hot pots, air fryers and nonstick pan. Currently popular small cooking
appliances on the market, except for a small part of which use stainless steel, cast
iron or ceramics, most of the raw materials used in cooking are aluminum circle
plate.
Compared with stainless steel, cast
iron and ceramics, the use of
aluminum circles for utensils in Mexico
will make the product lighter and more
suitable for women, especially those
who live alone. The thermal
conductivity of aluminum alloy is far
superior to that of other materials.
Compared with rice cookers using
stainless steel and other materials for
inner pots, it saves time and energy.
The non-stick property of aluminum
alloy is also stronger, which is more
2. conducive to cleaning and healthy eating.
0.3-6.0mm aluminum disc is currently the most widely used aluminum circle in small
cooking appliances. At the same time, it is also widely used in can sealing, traffic signs,
lamp shades and other products. And when it is applied to kitchen supplies, its
requirements for product quality and craftsmanship are also stricter.
Generally, the common aluminum discs are mainly 1050-O or 1050 semi hard. This
state will not crack during stamping, spinning and other steps in the later production
process. The electrical appliances and pots produced by the aluminum circles have
good heat dissipation, no rust, light weight and long service life. The ductility of
aluminum is very good. Once stamped and stretched, the deep mouth pot will be
formed.
Haomei Aluminum has advanced production lines, such as casting, extrusion, rolling,
oxidation, electrophoresis, spraying and fully automatic rolling production lines. All
products are produced in strict accordance with ISO9001 quality system certification
standards, equipped with direct-reading spectrometers imported from Germany and
3. many other precision testing equipment to ensure product quality. In addition, we also
have a continuous annealing production line, which greatly shortens the delivery cycle
and ensures uniform mechanical properties of the aluminium circle.
Our aluminum discs are in compliance with RoHS and REACH environmental
protection standards. In terms of product performance, due to the good control of the
grain size and elongation of the hot-rolled aluminum plate in the early stage, the
excellent deep drawing and spinning performance of the aluminium circle is
guaranteed.
At the same time, the perfect quality management process has increased the
qualification rate of Haomei aluminium circle to 98%, effectively reducing energy
consumption, improving the production efficiency of wafers and the utilization rate of
materials.
Marine Grade Aluminum Sheet 5052
Aluminum alloy sheets are now used more and more in the field of yachts,
speedboats and civil ships. Japan used more aluminum in the manufacture of civilian
ships. Before 1945, Japan used a large amount of aluminum on the bridge and
4. superstructure of ships, mainly 2-4mm aluminum sheet and profiles.
Aluminum alloy yachts for freshwater lakes are mostly made of 5052-H32 or 5052-0
aluminum plates, while luxury yachts on the sea are generally made of
high-magnesium alloy 5083H116 or 5083H321 aluminum plates. They both have
good corrosion resistance after special processing. As one of the big 5052 h34
suppliers, Haomei 5052 aluminum sheet has got the main certification like DNV and
ABS.
Japan has been using aluminum alloys to manufacture civil ships since 1950, ranging
from fishing boats, ferries, cruise ships to ocean giant cruise ships. The 1960s was a
period of rapid and sustainable development of the Japanese economy, and the
shipping centered on the Seto Inland Sea was extremely busy. In order to meet the
needs of transportation, the shipyards in the Seto Inland Sea and the Kansai area
manufactured many aluminum alloy passenger ships.
Later, due to the rapid development of the aviation industry, the land and air
transportation network rapidly increased, and the water transportation was affected.
The construction of aluminum alloy ships was at a low ebb.
5. Since the 1980s, there has been a consensus for high-speed maritime traffic,
ushering in the second climax of building aluminum alloy ships. At the same time,
welding technology has also made great progress, and some aluminum alloys with
good weldability and corrosion resistance have appeared.
The so-called all-aluminum alloy ship means that the hull is made of aluminum alloy
plates or extruded materials, and the superstructure and internal equipment use as
many aluminum parts as possible. Launched in 1995, the 1994 Weipu Biasa-type
large-scale high-speed ferry "Hayabusa" is a representative aluminum alloy
passenger ship built during this period.
The newly built super water-jet aluminum alloy hull in Japan is divided into upper and
lower layers: the upper hull has a total length of 72.0m and a width of 37.0m; the lower
hull has a total length of 85.0m. The draft is 9.6m when the water blade is propelled,
and the draft is 14.0m when driving without water jet. This high speed super liner is all
aluminum alloy.
The aluminum alloy high-speed passenger ship refers to the speed greater than
46km/h, and the weight of the aluminum alloy hull is about 50% lighter than that of
steel. Among the approximately 2,100 ordinary tourist ships in Japan in 2013,
aluminum alloy boats accounted for about 32%, and among the about 350 high-speed
tourist ships, aluminum alloy ships accounted for 74%, or about 259 ships.
Aluminum Flat Strip for Transformer
A transformer is a static motor used to transfer alternating current at a steady
frequency from one circuit to another through the process of electromagnetic
induction, but with voltage increased or decreased as required.
It is understood that each transformer includes different components such as iron core,
winding, coil, insulating material, oil conservator, oil, vent hole, tap changer, Buchtz
relay, cooling pipe and explosion-proof door, among which the transformer winding
plays a critical role in operation.
6. Transformer winding materials are aluminum flat strip and copper, which are the most
commonly used conductors in transformer windings. Copper has high mechanical
strength and electrical conductivity, while aluminum is lighter and cheaper than copper.
Typically, copper windings are used for large transformers, while aluminum
conductors are used for small and medium-sized transformers.
Aluminum strip for transformer winding are the main choice for different transformers
such as dry and low voltage in North America. Copper windings are the main winding
material in most parts of the world, but the main reason for choosing this aluminum
winding is its low initial cost.
Aluminum's maximum resistivity provides fewer eddy current losses within the
winding, which reduces the likelihood of hot spots. Transformers with aluminum or
copper windings have the same losses and performance. But aluminum wound coils
are larger compared to copper coils. Haomei Aluminum provides aluminum strip for
transformer winding.

Aluminum Foil for Pet Jar
The gold aluminum sheet is one of the popular colors of the aluminum foil for bottle
cap. It is a product after deep
processing of the surface of aluminum
sheet, which can greatly improve the
weather resistance and corrosion
resistance of aluminum sheet. In the
field of food packaging, color-coated
aluminum is mainly used in food cans,
9. can lids, bottle caps, box lids, pull rings, food boxes, etc
The color coated aluminum sheet for bottle cap is mainly pre-coated with paint or
pre-coated with DOS oil on the aluminum base material, mainly using sheet coating
and roller coating processes. Sheet coating means that DOS pretreatment is carried
out first, and then sheet coating is carried out after cross-shear cutting; roller coating
means that DOS treatment is not required, and roller coating is carried out directly on
the surface of the aluminum substrate after cleaning, directly used or after
cross-shear cutting.
Pre-treatment process
At present, the
pretreatment process of
the domestic aluminum
sheet roller coating
production line is
integrated into the
production line
continuously with paint
coating and paint curing.
Such a production line has continuous production, fast speed, high output, high
efficiency and easy quality control. However, the investment in equipment is large and
the degree of automation is high.
Generally, the continuous aluminum sheet coating production line adopts two
degreasing spraying or non-rinsing roller coating chemical conversion liquid or both
spraying and non-rinsing roller coating process, aluminum sheet roller coating
pre-coating and aluminum coil roller coating before painting is the same.
Bake,solidification and cooling
There are three heating methods for aluminum sheet coating curing: air bath
convection heating, radiation heating and NIR (near infrared curing).
Hot air circulation curing is a method of heating and curing aluminum sheet coatings
10. by applying the principle of convective heat transfer. It uses hot air as a heat carrier to
transfer heat to the aluminum sheet coating by convection, so that the coating is cured.
It is characterized by uniform heating, high precision temperature control, easy control,
suitable for volatilization of solvents and curing rate of coating resin melting or
polymerization reaction film formation. It is an ideal curing method with high
requirements for coating quality.
The temperature of the aluminum plate coming out of the curing furnace is relatively
high, and the temperature needs to be lowered to below 50°C to cool, harden and
shape the coating film, so as not to cause surface defects such as pressure spots,
adhesion, scratches, and paint drop. There are two cooling methods for aluminum
sheets: air cooling and water cooling.
Haomei Aluminum is a big aluminum foil sheet manufacturer. We have complete
specification of aluminum foil for pet jar.
