“Public Distribution System” helps people by distributing the food items through fair price shops. The consumer
can buy the ration distributed to him based on their category Such APL and BPL. The fair price shops keep the
complete record of the ration distributed to each and every consumer. The distributor from the fair price shops
manage the items, price, & stocks given to the consumer. And also request for stock from the store in case of
lower stock in the shops. The outputs of the tool are the reports containing the Total Item Price, remaining Items
for particular consumer.

Attendance Management System is a software developed for daily employee attendance list. If facilitates to
access the attendance information of a particular employee in a particular company. This system will also help in

Project Description
“The Automation of Invigilation work” is one such software tool to automate the process of allocation of
invigilation duties to the Lecturers by uploading the list of examinations with dates to this tool. The Administrator
will upload the excel sheet containing all the examinations with date. The tool has a facility to add the additional
examinations separately. The output of the tool are the reports containing the invigilation duties to all the
lecturers and a consolidated list of all the lecturer names the number of duties attended by them.
