 Handling the most critical packages of Structural Fabrication & Cooling Tower which encompasses delivery of finished
products to Bangladesh ensuring smooth logistics & EXIM
 Preparation of WBS, cost projections and linking the same with project management platform
 Subcontractor negotiation, finalisation and mobilisation; Implementation of EPC mode of operation
