held in Maui Upcountry Healing Center or via telephone. Janet
offers several Intuitive Channeled Counseling services for clarity

Preparing for Your Session:
Hand write ten questions for your counselor
Eat a light meal or not at all one to two (1-2)
hours prior to session
Sessions are not recorded, feel free to tape /
record them
Find a quiet, relaxing space and light a candle
(telephone sessions only)
After Your Session:
Drink lots of water throughout the day
Allow fifteen (15) minutes to ground yourself
before driving
