Students at Riverview Elementary in Farmington, Minnesota have a new Science Lab. School Board members recently toured the lab, meeting the critters and learning about the benefits of such a lab from teachers Cinda Current and Rachel Olson.

for students, a project which was aided by a grant from
the Farmington Area Education Foundation.

Brian Treakle and Tim Burke learned about “Bud” a
Miniature Russian Turtle.

6. “Tilly” found a new friend with Tim Burke. Students are able
to interact with these creatures in similar ways.

Board Member Melissa Sauser.
