1. This letter serves to confirm that Siyabonga Brian Qwabe attended a one week internship program at
our offices from 26 January 2016 to 29 January 2016.
2. During the internship program, Siyabonga participated in the following tasks, inter alia:
2.1 conducting research and preparing assignments on:-
2.1.1 the effects of CPA;
2.1.2 the requirements of a landlord’s hypothec;
2.1.2 the requirements of calling an expert witnesses and the time limits regarding the
submitting of expert notices; and
2.1.3 authority to depose to an affidavit;
2.2 attending at Durban Regional Court, Durban Magistrate’s Court and Verulam Magistrate’s Court;
and
2.3 attending lectures on Company Law, Will and Estates, Agreements, Environmental Law, Labour
Law, Articles and Practice and Civil Litigation.
