Testimonials
“ I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and pleasure of having
worked with Sivaram, who served as an Agile trainer and consultant to our organization. He spent
two full working days training our organizations' development team on Agile methodologies and
while his assignment was just that, he voluntarily took it upon himself to follow up and offer
advice after the training. He has helped transform our organization from one that did not have
any set development practices to one that is successfully following the Agile methodology.
More importantly, he has helped us become more efficient as a product development
organization.
I would definitely recommend him as a trainer or a consultant to any organization that wants to
either streamline their development process or to better fine-tune their product development
process.
Yours faithfully,
- CEO & Founder of Group of Companies

“ I know Sivaram Athmakuri from 2006 onwards. He is experienced in the use of agile
approaches, including Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development and Scrum. He is very
enthusiastic and is taking efforts to spread agile both within and outside the companies he
worked for. His knowledge in Scrum and other agile methodology are adorable.
He is coaching and helping participants in transforming from water fall to agile easily by giving
appropriate examples. He educates people on how to work in an agile way and how to “be Agile.”
He Coach and mentors agile team members and provides constructive performance feedback. He
participates in various online agile forums and attends and present at agile conferences. He is
also creating an Agile coaching “circles,” in the region.
He helped me a lot and gave fruitful thoughts, valid feedback while I wrote the second edition of
the book “PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Excel with ease” published by PEARSON.
I Wish him all the very best!!

Testimonials
“I have attended training session by Sivaram Athmakuri as part of PMI-ACP certification program. I admired with the knowledge he acquired
over years of experience.................real life examples during his training sessions to explain how an agile architecture can evolves with the
product as we progress in the release using following example of building a house that can give end customer satisfaction; “we can build basic
structural engineering of the house by keeping the scale and strength of the building, later we can start customizing each floor house and even
room depending on the customer need”. He focused more on challenges and providing possible solutions that we could face during waterfall to
agile transformation. This helped the participants can pick up the right content can use the knowledge directly in their projects. He kelp all the
participates active always by opening dialogue between the participants while responding questions that helped us not only to get answer to the
question also helped us to know how other participates have solved similar problems using their agile experience.
Later I met him several times to seek his help in my projects. One of the projects that I was providing consulting service has peculiar nature.
Product Owner could identify 262 user stories, however he could not prioritize them of as all these stories equally important and the project
goal cannot be achieved until all 262 are developed. He suggested me to put all these into a three dimensional a grid of grouping of user stories
based on their nature of work, complexity in terms of development and dependency with external systems. Using this grid we have prioritized
based on risk. We have covered maximum number of high risk user stories and unique nature of development in early sprits. This model helped
the team to commit more user stories of same complexity in later sprints. This model is much appreciated by the team and the management.
Over all I use to feel happy to associate with him to gain more knowledge than just treating him as any as any other trainer who can help us to
pass the exam.
I wish him great success in future.

•“ Let me take this opportunity to share my views pertaining to Sivaram's PMI - ACP (Agile Certified
Practitioner) training I've attended earlier. It's a very good training and really appreciate his knowledge on
various Agile methodologies like Scrum, DSDM etc and his training skills. The examples Sivaram used to
elucidate the subject really helped me to understand the concepts better The energy he has shown all
throughout the session is worth mentioning. The way how he related the theory and real time Agile
project situations helped to answer many of my queries
