“ I know Sivaram Athmakuri from 2006 onwards. He is experienced in the use of agile
approaches, including Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development and Scrum. He is very

“I have attended training session by Sivaram Athmakuri as part of PMI-ACP certification program. I admired with the knowledge he acquired
over years of experience.................real life examples during his training sessions to explain how an agile architecture can evolves with the
product as we progress in the release using following example of building a house that can give end customer satisfaction; “we can build basic
structural engineering of the house by keeping the scale and strength of the building, later we can start customizing each floor house and even
room depending on the customer need”. He focused more on challenges and providing possible solutions that we could face during waterfall to

Later I met him several times to seek his help in my projects. One of the projects that I was providing consulting service has peculiar nature.
Product Owner could identify 262 user stories, however he could not prioritize them of as all these stories equally important and the project
goal cannot be achieved until all 262 are developed. He suggested me to put all these into a three dimensional a grid of grouping of user stories
based on their nature of work, complexity in terms of development and dependency with external systems. Using this grid we have prioritized
based on risk. We have covered maximum number of high risk user stories and unique nature of development in early sprits. This model helped
the team to commit more user stories of same complexity in later sprints. This model is much appreciated by the team and the management.
Over all I use to feel happy to associate with him to gain more knowledge than just treating him as any as any other trainer who can help us to
pass the exam.

I admired with the knowledge he acquired over years of experience.................real life examples during his training sessions to explain how an agile architecture can evolves with the product as we progress in the release using following example of building a house that can give end customer satisfaction; “we can build basic structural engineering of the house by keeping the scale and strength of the building, later we can start customizing each floor house and even room depending on the customer need”. Product Owner could identify 262 user stories, however he could not prioritize them of as all these stories equally important and the project goal cannot be achieved until all 262 are developed. He suggested me to put all these into a three dimensional a grid of grouping of user stories based on their nature of work, complexity in terms of development and dependency with external systems. Using this grid we have prioritized based on risk. We have covered maximum number of high risk user stories and unique nature of development in early sprits. This model helped the team to commit more user stories of same complexity in later sprints. This model is much appreciated by the team and the management. Over all I use to feel happy to associate with him to gain more knowledge than just treating him as any as any other trainer who can help us to pass the exam.
