The Information Technology in Port Supply Chain<br />The supply chain management is recognised as an important area for information technology innovation. <br />Information technology integrated is a major challenge for the supply chain in the port.<br />For Example: Singapore employs the PORTNET system which is part of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) also has their Computer Integrated Terminal Operations System (CITOS).<br />
