I PROMISE I'm not going to tell you to eat like a bodybuilder (or work out like one). But what I understood was that, while everyone else in the world was failing their diet over and over again... Bodybuilders could get as lean as they desired on a consistent basis. They used science and strategy to reduce their body fat to such dangerously low levels. And they did it without fail, like clockwork. Their diets were so precise that they could predict exactly what weight they would reach on what day...

Furthermore, everything they performed was based on genuine, tested research that was then evaluated in real-world circumstances with human people, not mice or other lab animals. But, as wonderful as that sounded, there was one major flaw... Because it was complicated, time-consuming, and restrictive, only bodybuilders could do it... As a result, I made it my life's purpose to research the SCIENCE behind what they were doing... And figure out how to adapt their highly effective concepts for busy professionals in a way that's simple, convenient, and pleasurable, so it's long-term sustainable. I started paying attention to what they were doing. I looked into the science behind each of their dietary programs to understand what made them so different.
  10. 10. I also tried to figure out how they could consume SO MUCH FOOD and still be so thin. That's when I realized the importance of nutrient synthesis. What I noticed was that these people weren't just eating "healthily," but that they were eating STRATEGICALLY, combining specific types of meals at specific times. You may already be familiar with the concept of food pairing. It's the science of putting together precise foods at specific times to create specific results in your body. And while it works for a lot of people... That is not the case here. I've identified a minor change to the classic food-combining concept that triggers a unique physiological phenomenon known as "metabolic fusion."
