Handling HRIS (Employee Database, Attendance, Leave, Compensation &
Benefits):
Maintain and update Web based Database & HRIS.
Collect and maintain up to date employees’ profile.
Monitor proper recording system of employee attendance. Maintain proper leave
records.
Prepare salary & wages statement, overtime and festival bonus etc.
HRP Formulation (Manpower planning, Organ gram & Job Description):
Study of existing manpower and correlate to actual recruitment.
Handling of Manpower requisition of both new & replaced employees and asses
the justification & process recruitment.
Measure the competency level of existing manpower to ensure “Right people for
the right place on right time.”
Updating the organ gram of departments and employee job description.
Recruitment & Talent management:
In view of agreed human resource recruitment and budget attracts talents and
ensure availability of right people at the right time using structured recruitment
procedures and testing tools.
Manage Recruitment Process (Advertisement on Bdjobs.com/ Short listed/ Call
the applicant for interview and arrange interview session).
Contact other Office capacity to “Head Hunt” when potential candidates are not
available through normal procedure.
Oversee the hiring and post-hiring processes, including discussion on salary and
benefits and checking recruitment files.
Management of Staff Transition:
Ensure appropriate and timely action on requests concerning any kind of staff
transition such as, confirmation, transfer, promotion, short-term hiring, contract
amendment and separation.
Identify and notify any action that deviates from policy and ensure proper and
timely documentation of any executioner cases related to staff transition.

3. Update and formulate Human Resources policies and procedures, periodic review
and update all these in consolation of Head of HR, in alignment with
organizational HR policies and reflecting good practices.
Assist in full implementation of the organization’s HR manual and provide
clarification/explanation when necessary.
Performance management:
Process the issue of annual performance appraisal (APA) for employee
evaluation.
Provide clarification on performance management system.
Orientation & Induction training:
Organize Orientation Program and Induction Training of new entrants’.
Preparing slides for orientation program and present via power point.
Review the feedback of orientation program.
