How to create a great Digital customer experience for your organization. This presentation was prepared for my talk at the Israeli chapter of the EO - Entrepreneurs’ Organization. It discusses the way to plan an effective customer experience. CX that will solve problems, reduce friction and create value. I thinks that in an era so full of clutter, when we are bombarded with marketing messages, campaigns, sponsored stories etc' the only way to really promote your business is to create such an experience that will make your customers want to recommend you. In my talk I try to outline a simple, methodology to implement such an experience.
