This project report analyzes the determinants of employee turnover at Bata India Limited and the impact on long-term skill retention. The study uses a theoretical framework with independent variables like HR practices, high performance work systems, and training practices. The dependent variable is employee turnover. Hypotheses are tested using chi-square. Primary data is collected through random sampling of 50 ex-employees.
