Forward-looking statements are subject to a number of risks and uncertainties that may
cause the actual results of Seafield to differ materially from those discussed in the
forward-looking statements, and even if such actual results are realized or substantially
realized, there can be no assurance that they will have the expected consequences to, or
effects on Seafield.
Seafield expressly disclaims any obligation to update or revise any such forward-looking
statements. Forward looking statements include, but are not limited to, statements with
respect to the timing and amount of estimated future exploration, success of exploration
activities, expenditures, permitting, and requirements for additional capital and access to
data.
Forward-looking statements involve known and unknown risks. Such factors include,
among others, risks related to actual results of current exploration activities; changes in
project parameters as plans continue to be refined; the ability to enter into joint ventures
or to acquire or dispose of property interests; future prices of mineral resources;
accidents, labour disputes and other risks of the mining industry; ability to obtain
financing; and delays in obtaining government approvals or financing.

15. Miraflores Breccia Pipe: Mineral Resources
Mineral Resources (May 26, 2011)
• Hydrothermal breccia pipe structure, measuring some 280 meters by 250 meters by 600
meters and open at depth.
• Resource is based on 7,757 meters of drilling, including 4,132 meters by Seafield carried
out during 2010-2011 and 3,624 meters performed by Anglo Gold Ashanti/B2 Gold during
2006-2007.
• Scoping level study being carried out by SRK Consulting, Denver, is expected for 1Q 2012.
Kickoff Meeting completed August 12, 2011.
• Resource estimate updating to be carried out as part of Scoping study, including additional
drilling of phase II (6,435 m)
15
16. Miraflores Breccia Pipe: Metallurgy
• Test work was performed on 14 composite samples of drill core from the Miraflores
Deposit (10 Kg) in McClelland Laboratories Inc. in Reno, Nevada.
• The test work returned gravity recoveries as high as 94.3% for gold and 62.3% for silver.
• Further metallurgical and processing test work, including flotation testing of the rougher
tails, is ongoing and additional deposit samples will be submitted as the project moves
toward preliminary economic studies.
16
19. Dosquebradas Gold Porphyry - Exploration
• Dosquebradas Gold Porphyry is located 3 Km North of Miraflores Breccia Pipe.
• Discovered by Anglo Gold Ashanti in 2006 who drilled 1,763 meters in two
holes showing some of the better drill results in the district:
DDH 2 68 m @ 0.62 g/t Au, 0.07% Cu
and 36 m @ 0.90 g/t Au, 0.10 Cu
DDH 3 90 m @ 0.63 g/t Au, 0.07% Cu
and 39.5 m @ 1.67 g/t Au, 0.17% Cu
• Anglo Gold Ashanti calculated an in-house non-compliant historical resource
estimate of 1.75 Mozs of gold at 0.5 g/t cut-off with a grade of 0.84 g/t of
which 800,000 ozs would be attributable to Seafield’s part of the deposit.
• Phase I drill campaign completed 5,648 meters in 13 drill holes.
• To date 7,680 meters in 18 drill holes have been completed at Dosquebradas.
• One drill rig is operating on the target, to complete the second phase of 5,635
meters in 12 holes by February 2012.

21. Technical Highlights
• Seafield has consolidated a strong foothold as a major incumbent in the highly prolific Quinchia
gold district that has world-class potential (e.g. Marmato’s 9.8M oz gold deposit).
• Acquisition of strategic properties within Quinchia gold district is in process.
MIRAFLORES PROSPECT
• Through drilling, continue converting Inferred Resources to M & I by mid-November this year
and in 2012; expanding the current 1.58 million ounces of open-ended Miraflores resources at
depth by additional deep drilling in 2012.
• SRK scoping study at Miraflores, including an increased resource calculation, expected by Q1
2012.
• Comprehensive metallurgical studies starting now and continuing in 2012 at the Miraflores
breccia.
DOSQUEBRADAS PROSPECT
• Initial resource calculation expected at Dosquebradas porphyry gold project in early 2012.
• Drilling continuously to the end of 2011 and in 2012; Dosquebradas drill-delineated
mineralization is approximately 400 meters E-W, 300 meters N-S and at least 200 meters in
thickness, but mostly open at depth and to the north.
