• Understand how to live corporate values in
practice
• Understand how the importance of values can
differ from one department or one individual to
another
• Understand different, but valid, ways to
interpret meanings
4. By way of example, we’ll use 4 corporate
values:
• Deliver Together
• Act Responsibly
• Realize the Power of our People
• Trust the Team
However, you should use your own corporate
values when you run the workshop

most important for you to deliver against
your goals
2) Once everyone is done, post a colored
sticker in the relevant cell on the poster
on the wall (don’t change based on what
others are doing)

3) Let’s look at the group results. How are we balanced
as a team?
13. ACTIVITY FIVE
1) On a piece of paper write down one thing you will
START doing as a result of what you learned today
2) On the same sheet, write down one thing you will
STOP doing
3) Last but not least, write down one thing that you will
CONTINUE doing as a result of today
4) Sign your name to the bottom
5) Find one other person in the workshop and each of you
explain your STOP/START/CONTINUE action plan. Now
you sign theirs and they sign yours. When you sign
someone else’s action plan, you agree to be their
coach and follow up at least a couple of time in the
year to ensure they are executing the plan
