In my career, my major roll is involved in Electrical Installation & Commissioning Departments
and familiar in carryout Planned PM activities. During that I have handled different types of
HV/MV, MV/LV Transformers, Switchgears, Diesel Generators, HV/MV/LV Motors & associated
switchgears/ starters, PCC & MCC Panels, UPS/Battery chargers, Batteries, Cathodic protection
system, Heat Tracing System, Lighting system, Plant Earthing system & FOC etc.., in Oil & Gas
and Power plant.
Also I have very good knowledge in Computers in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power point,
Project.,etc., and preparing documentation related to job Work Permits, Work Orders, PM
Schedule, PM Procedures, Scope of works, Incident reports, Risk assessment, Bill of material,

1. Preparation for WBS(Work break-down structure) & Master Project Schedule Level – 1,
2, 3 & 4.

updating schedule periodically against the variance baseline.
3. Preparation & Updating Progress Measurement Sheet(PMS) for Engineering,
Procurement, Construction & Commissioning based on weightage.
4. Preparing & updating progress “S”-Curve for EPCC based on above PMS and Monitoring
the progress by analzying Planned/Actual.
5. Prepartion of 30/60/90Days Look-ahead Schedule based on as per Client.
6. Preparation Various Resource Histogram such as Manower, Machinery etc,
7. Preparation of Progress Report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) for Client as well as for
internal review.
8. Preparation of Project Management Plan, Master Schedule
