There is not any assumption additional to the
Enss’ theorem. Minimalist thinking prefers the
concept of Local Time.
BASIC ELABORATIONS
In reality, the limit cannot be reached.
Therefore, for every finite the time is not
uniquely determined - uncertainty of Local Time.
That is, instead of the unitary dynamics, for a
