activity, encourages better health,
emphasises on safety and maintains
a positive interpersonal relationship
with oneself and others.

Lifestyle
PDHPE encourages students to be
physically active and develop their
understanding and practical skills that
directs to better health.

3. Safety First
Students learn to understand and
exercise more control over their lives
and safety issues such as stranger
danger, road and passenger safety
and safety while swimming.

4. Positive interpersonal
Relationship
Students learn to take responsibility
and make informed decision while
maintaining a positive relationship
and friendship. They feel self-
confident and act in the best interest
of themselves and others.
