PROJECT PLAN: In your OWN words and backed up by a reference, describe what a “Project
Plan” is, what it may contain (be specific), and the benefit(s) of creating a comprehensive
“Project Plan.” Give a description of a “Project Plan” you have created (or helped create) OR
how you would create a project plan (if you have not yet had the pleasure) including the
format you would create it in and store it in. Consider details such as hardcopy vs electronic,
onsite vs in the cloud, collection of Word documents vs Excel spreadsheet with tabs, etc.
