2. Elephants Baby elephants which are called calf's are 3 inches tall/1 meter tall when they are born. Wild elephants eat 220 to440 pounds a day which is 100 to 200 kilograms. Elephants drink 30 gallons of water which is about 113 liters of water a day. The largest male elephant weighs 24,000 pounds which is 10,886 kilograms.

3. More about Elephants The largest male elephant was also 13 feet tall and 3.96 meters. An elephants skin can be 1 inch about 3 centimeters thick. One of an elephants molars can weigh 11 pounds which is 5 kilograms. An elephants call can be heard up to 8 kilometers away.

4. Rabbits A rabbit can weigh 1 to 30 pounds which is about 480 ounces. Although wild rabbits weigh 2-3 pounds which is 0.9 to 1.4 kilograms. They are also 16 inches and 41 centimeters.

5. Habits of mind The habits of mind I used were being persistent. I think I used this habit of mind because I kept looking for information even when I thought I would never find what I was looking for .I also think I was gathering data through all senses. I was doing that by writing down all my data and typing it up on the computer.
