200 faculty, staff, and students participated in a
session to bring together the many programs and
initiatives at the College to help student be more
successful in their year at Tri-C
Participants urged to work together using their own
experience as a touchstone to draft visions and
goals for the first year
4. 2) Vision Created
First Year Experiences prepare and empower students
for success and completion through connections to
College and community, academic and career planning,
exposure to college resources, and strategies for
collegiate success.

Faculty, staff and students reviewed, discussed, and
refined draft visions and goals
