 It’s hard to go positive when everyone around you is going
negative. Your mammal brain wants to run when the rest of the
herd runs. In the state of nature, you’d end up in the jaws of a
predator if you ignored your group-mates’ threat signals and
waited to see the threat for yourself. Mammals bond around
shared threats, and fighting the common enemy raises a
mammal’s status within its group. If you ignore the perceived
threats that animate your group mates, you will probably pay the
price in social rewards. Positivity has a cost, but the benefit is
greater.
 PARE Your Negativity
 When you build your positivity circuit, you will PARE your
negativity with Personal Agency and Realistic Expectations.
 Personal Agency is the pleasure of choosing your next step. You
can never predict the results of your efforts but you always get to
choose the next step toward meeting your needs.

welness.

De meeste van ons zijn te gestresst, ze nemen geen tijd voor zichzelf en zo kunnen ze ook geen bijdrage leveren aan zichzelf – we moeten echt eerst die exclusieve tijd reserveren om echt te voelen en wat je wilt, die tijd is er voor mij elke ochtend en ga eruit om 5 uur en dat is mijn hour of power, the magic hour, ik ben alleen maar met dromen en voelen bezig elke ochtend met de deur open en de frisse lucht van buiten naar binnen stromende..

Self Realization geeft sturing als je met centering begint in je intrapersoonlijke domein en daar ligt het starten van verandering en diepe zingeving, een proces moet je voeding geven en dat is elke dag, een ritme en routine, het manifesteren van actie gaat over communicatie en diepe samenwerking, stress is een codewoord voor angst, je hoeft geen angst te hebben, er is geen reden en geen oorzaak voor angst, het luisteren naar je lichaam is belangrijk en stress betekent dat je iets belangrijker maakt dan het is; reacties op het moment, en je hebt een keus om in het moment gewoon stil te leren zijn, het zijn eerst de cellen dan de organen die vormgeven in je lichaam en gedachten zijn er om te focussen en te zien wat je kunt leren en mogelijkheden bloot te leggen, family bestaat ook uit jouw psychologie en jouw mindset en in elke mogelijkheid een oplossing te vinden, het is doen en actie. Community gaat over intuitieve intelligentie en dat vraagt om een ecosysteem en dat is jouw aandeel in jouw bioregio. Ik heb een exclusieve passie en juice en liefde en familie en dat is waar het leven over gaat, ik heb respect en het plezier en dat is de grens omdat ik mijn emoties en mijn mindset master, mastering gaat over meesterschap en dat gaat over structuur aanbrengen dus ga eruit om 5 uur en neem die tijd voor jezelf, eerst jouw metime! Centreren is het allerbelangrijkste in je intra persoonlijke domein. Begrijpen dat je alleen hier kunt doen wat echt nodig is als je hiermee begint is actie dus vertrouwen en meditatie en pilates en of yoga of wandelen of fietsen, je moet doen wat bij jou past maar je moet het wel doen elke ochtend.

Wat heb je bereikt en wat zijn je doelen en je resultaten, tijd om te reflecteren na 30 jaar van mijn leven in coaching en parenting en kinderen en deze kans om de verschillen te zien in mensen was mijn meesterschap en dat zijn individuen die allemaal hun reden hebben ..ik had niks maar ik wilde wel de wereld veranderen door de power van mijn wilskracht, ik moest dit gewoon doen, ik kon de wereld vormgeven omdat ik mijn missie gewoon moest doen ik had geen keus, ik wilde als kind al mensen helpen en dat doe ik dus gewoon, ik ben in relatie met duizenden mensen en zij weten dat ik help omdat het avontuur is en zo kom je over je eigen grenzen heen, je moet echt die tijd nemen om uit de hypnose weg te raken van de cultuur en samenleving want je kunt wel bereiken wat je wilt en waar je van droomde als kind, je kunt dromen en doen wat bij jou past in passie en diepe enthousiasme met diepe betekenis, de interne compass, je kunt deze activeren en hiermee gaan sturen, als je meer wilt en je gelooft dat het mogelijk is dan is dit de eerste stap om dit te herpakken en op deze manier je mind en body en je relaties en je financieen en je carriere te gaan verhogen, en sommige mensen zullen je niet leuk vinden en zeggen dat je je tijd weggooit, dus houd er rekening mee, jouw succes, en zelfs als je heel hard gaat in bekendheid of in je groeiproces, dan zul je horen dat je raar bent en anders en vreemd en je niet meedoet met de samenleving. Ik had hier ook last van maar ben doorgegaan want ik wilde grens en het leven leven op mijn voorwaarden en daar waar ik het waard vind om te leven, ik start dus met processen in het begrijpen wat nodig is. Het komt niet van geld om op deze manier te leven, het geeft niet de liefde die je zoekt in geld, het komt ook niet van relaties of werk of van de kinderen maar als je zelf stopt met je dagelijkse emoties en niet meer in boosheid of frustratie, en je begint met sturing geven in je eigen leven en in dankbaarheid en cultiveren van passie en flow, grace en integrity en persoonlijk meesterschap, de vijf onzichtbare bewegingen van syntony, de sense van syntony is waar je met je tijd naartoe gaat in je emoties, het is een mindset, wat het leven jou geeft dat is waar jij je aandacht naar toe laat gaan! Weet jij het als iemand ziek is of hulp nodig is? Laten zij jou dat weten en vragen zij jou om jouw steun en support?

Ik ben vrienden met Alexander Laszlo en ik ervaar mijn beliefs, ik heb rituelen ontwikkeld om mijn mind en emoties diepgaand te gaan ontwikkelen dus echt diepgaand te gaan groeien, mijn visie en focus, mijn taal en focus, het is flink verhoogd! Ik kan dit zeggen over die afgelopen 7 jaar van mijn leven nu. Wat er mis was, dat was ook beschikbaar voor mij en dat ging over studeren en meer verdieping en bewust beslissen wat nodig was elke dag weer, je moet dit elke dag doen, je moet je doelen stellen en je wilskracht opschrijven en een plan maken voor het jaar en dat per maand invullen en dan elke dag daarin beweging activeren, dit is hoe ik gestart ben met kleine stapjes en dat gaat over elke dag, er zijn namelijk heel veel negatieve mensen in onze samenleving, er zijn teveel problemen ipv gezond leven en welzijn activeren en elkaar support geven dus ik ben mijn verhaal gaan vertellen. Ik mediteer al sinds mijn 24e en daarvoor was het ook een ritueel voor mij om vroeg op te staan als kind, ik keek uit het raam en droomde gewoon een uurtje voordat de dag startte. Ik ben elke dag bezig met expanderen van mijn lichaam en mijn mindset dit geeft een boost aan mijn hart, hierdoor kan ik zelf blijven zien en focus geven aan mijn missie. We hebben alleen maar ons leven en dat kun je actief inzetten met een denktank! Er zijn geen problemen, er is alleen focus. Ik voel mij levend en sterk en dat gaat dus over een verandering en die staat is heel erg belangrijk om echt wakker te zijn! Heb je een uitmuntend leven? Met de mensen waarmee je samen wilt leven? Wat betekent dit voor jou? Is dit de grens voor jou? Life is beautiful als je meer in harmonie kunt leven je levend bent en veel plezier voelt, elke dag gewoon weer, interatie met de wereld en de sociale innovatie activeren begint met het voelen, je moet een mindset hebben die anders is en anders naar de wereld kunnen kijken. Mijn liefde en plezier is wat terugkomt van al mijn familieleden en vrienden en die connectie is diepgaand en ik haak niet af, ik blijf altijd bij mijn dierbaren omdat het leven een spel is en ik verdiep mij in hun perspectief omdat ik wil dat zij overleven en ik wil dat zij plezier hebben en diepgaande liefde voelen, ik wil het leven kadootjes geven en dat is waarom ik hier ben, het is waar ik leef intern. De interne wereld is zo magisch en zoveel controle ligt hier en teveel mensen zijn te druk om daarmee bezig te zijn en liever bezig met hun status en of hun eigen werk of hun doelen, maar ik neem elke dag deze tijd om mijn hour of power vooruitgang te voelen en ik focus op alles waar ik dankbaar voor ben. Ik heb tijd en die tijd gaat over condities en dat is dus dankbaarheid, ik breng tijd door in dankbaarheid en ik voel dat diepgaand in mijn cellen en dat is centering, het eerste nivo van syntony leiderschap dus wees niet bang en wees dankbaar. We zijn allemaal in diepgaande gevoelens heel actief aanwezig en je hoeft dit alleen maar te activeren dus wees niet saai en beweeg! We hebben allemaal iets nodig waardoor je meer passie voelt en je emotionele spieren opbouwen dus zorg dat je een tijd krijgt dat diepgaand compelling is waarvoor je heel vroeg je bed uit wilt komen. Ik spring elke dag eruit om 5 uur omdat het zo opwindend is om te werken aan een Pilot en in de ochtend aan het Veerse Meer staan is magisch om 5 uur als iedereen er nog in ligt, dat zijn mijn doelen en die heb ik gezet en dat is waar ik nu in beweeg, bewustzijn en creativiteit maar ook vooruitgang en sociale innovatie inzetten dat is een geweldige visie, ik wil geen oke life, het moet en mag geweldig zijn! Er is opwinding in creatie en dat ligt niet in acceptatie, ik zet nieuwe dingen neer en zet ze ook op en elke dag heeft zin omdat er vision is en dankbaarheid en ik beweeg, elke dag! Ik leef op mijn fiets en buiten, en ik leer nieuwe woorden, en ik lees elke dag een nieuw boek en dat is hoe het leven is = beweging, emoties zijn beweging, beweging in je stem, beweeg in je lichaam en dat is voelen, sta je gevoelens toe en voel hoe levend je bent. Emoties zitten soms vast dus dan moet je gewoon bewegen, er moet iets gebeuren dus je moet tijd doorbrengen met jezelf en dat moet je ook sturing geven en jij bepaalt je vorm en je conditioning, de beste mentale shape, doe het voor jezelf!

Ik deed het elke dag, ik ben met shiften gestart in 1996 de focus en de taal gaan leren van linguistiek en programmeren vanuit systeemdenken omdat ik in processen wilde leren leven, ik begon met 30 dagen en elke dag echt zitten en mediteren en mijn gedachten leren volgen, dat heeft mij heel sterk gemaakt en zo ben ik verliefd geworden op het leven zelf, ik heb elke dag mijn power of hour, ik doe elke dag 1 uur in focus en dankbaarheid en ik schrijf en heb als sinds mijn 28e jaar journals, ik heb ze allemaal bewaard en dat is de juice in mijn leven dat ik weet dat ik focus en activeer en zo recht heb op mijn leven en mijn dromen en ervaringen komen hierdoor nu tot leven want dat is wat ik nu mag neerzetten. Ik heb die tijd genomen en dat proces doe ik voor mijzelf en dat gaat over rituelen, je moet metime kiezen en dat is wat je kunt doen de rest van je leven want dit is jouw leven dus jouw award! Tijd om wat te gaan onderzoeken, dus begin met journals en pak 5 stiften en schrijf al je emoties op die ervaart in een week tijd, er zijn geen slechte emoties maar wel emoties die je niet fijn vindt of die pijn doen, dus schrijf ze op en krijg inzicht in je gevoelens want dat laat zien waar je echt leeft en dan kun je zien waar je van houdt en wat jou in beweging zet en ook ook wat jou raakt en pijn doet. Je moet niet meer praten en beginnen met je proces!er zijn 3 patronen waarmee je echt moet starten; eerste patroon is wat je doet met je lichaam, op dit moment, hoe gebruik je jouw lichaam? Kijk mensen en kies diepgaande ademhaling en let op je gezichtsspieren, hoe ziet je gezicht eruit, hoe gebruik je jouw spieren en hoe gebruik je jouw schouders en hoe doe je onderzoek naar je diepste gevoelens? Focus en aandacht en je energie gebruiken dat is iets wat je moet activeren. Het is metime first en je moet dus je lichaam leren gebruiken, dus je oplossing moet health zijn en dat is de approach.

  15. Focus and what is the truth here? What does it really means and how do I want to feel? Can I turn anything around? Action and your action make it your ritual, ritual is inside of us, it is about results, get your rituals and start your day the same, long walks and eat consciously and start with breating and taking care of yourself so give your body the right start, having rituals gives us strength.
  16. Who Am I? connecting, rituals are about connecting and having fun together and playing, what are your talents? I love to play and having fun and that gives a different energy and I feel called to health and Love that supports my personal development, it is about fun and our rituals that are about flirting and teasing and being in love to shape our life, discovering these rituals are the best in my life, you need to know your rituals so find your uniqe contribution! Take your process happen through your patterns, so the first step is about waking up in the morning and start to train the body – effect your mind through moving the body, moving is the most important, excersice in the morning, adapting and workout in the morning to turn on your metabolism to have strength and train yourself to do this every morning – turn on your emotions, movement and breath is the first step, get your shoes at your bed! Go for a walk and get out of the house, start walking, warming up the body and that is the pattern of breathing, to inhale and repeating the patterns of 4 times inhaling and exhaling out of your mouth in breathwalking, brain functioning – enjoy yourself and get up and go outside start walking with a breating patterns and get greatfull and start the cultivating of gratitude, so feel rich through feeling this emotion, the antidote of frustration! You are trainend going into this fysiology so start with the circle, yourself en your health en your familymembers and close friends and close people working with and moments that made us cry and the moments of our life, focus, everyone we really want in our life, seeing it experiencing the emotions and programming our body and mind, moving towards it!

I started sharing my life through speaking through conversation – focussing on how to serve and giving, so doing this now since 1999 to help as many people as possible to give them strength and help them to change their life now!
