       Register contains the following provision:-

       "IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the property hereby transferred is
       subject to all outgoings rates and taxes and tithe redemption
       annuity (if any) and all easements and quasi or reputed easements
       and all rights of air drainage light support way or water (if any)
       as may be enjoyed by neighbouring or adjoining properties and any
       public rights affecting the same."

C: Charges Register
This register contains any charges and other matters

1   The land is subject to the following rights reserved by a Transfer
    of the freehold estate in the land in this title and other land
    dated 14 December 1971 made between (1) Whitbread Fremlins Limited
    and (2) Harbens Singh Verdi:-

    "There is EXCEPTED AND RESERVED unto the said Whitbread Fremlins
    Limited and the persons deriving title through or under it for the
    benefit and protection of the remainder of its adjoining and
    neighbouring property (hereinafter called "the retained property")
    comprised in the said Title Number 221007 and known as 21 Burrage
    Place Plumstead aforesaid.

    (a) any easement or right of light air or otherwise which would
    restrict or interfere with the free use of the retained property
    for building or any other purpose

    (b) all such rights of drainage light and support as may be
    necessary for the continuance of drainage access of light and
    support as at present enjoyed by the retained property and any
    part thereof and all other easements or quasi easements (if any)
    at present enjoyed by the retained property and

    (c) the right to erect buildings on the retained property and to
    rebuild alter and extend the existing buildings thereon and to
    carry on thereon the existing and any other business in such
    manner and to such extent as the said Whitbread Fremlins Limited
    could have done if it had remained the owner of the property
    hereby transferred notwithstanding that the exercise of such
    rights the enjoyment of the property hereby transferred may be
    prejudiced by obstruction of light and air noise or otherwise."
2   The land is subject to the following rights reserved by a Transfer
    of the freehold estate in the land in this title and other land
    dated 28 August 1987 made between (1) Land and General Estates
    Limited and (2) Manjet Singh:-

    "EXCEPT AND RESERVING in favour of the Transferor and its
    successors in title over the property hereby transferred for the
    benefit of the Transferors retained and neighbouring property:

    (a) The right to the free passage of water soil gas electricity
    and other services.

    (b) The right to enter upon the property hereby transferred for
    the purpose of laying inspecting repairing and maintaining
    renewing and making connections service media.

    (c)   All rights of light and air.

    (d) The right to build and develop such retained and adjoining
    properties of the Transferor in any manner as the Transferor or
    its successors in Title may think fit without being liable to make
    compensation."
