Job responsibilities/description:
• To identify and adopt suitable testing standards/ protocols/ methods for
testing.
• To study the circuit diagrams (electrical design) and evaluate the same as
per customer specifications.
• Handling customer inspections in factory as well as on site and providing
explanations regarding the switchboards and switchgears.
• Providing technical support to customer over the phone or by visiting the
site.
• Helping customer in clearing any doubts and having meetings to discussions
over any improvements in the system as to meet customer satisfaction.
• Making arrangements for service person to attend site and providing swift
support during breakdown.
• Making modifications in the panel designing and getting approval for
function ability as per site requirement.
• To carry out customer inspections at factory for witness of FAT (Factory
Acceptance Test) as well as SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
• Testing of marine panels such as distribution boxes, Starters, Main
switchboards, and Emergency switch boards
• Testing of Industrial panels such as HT (33KV),MV (Medium Voltage) panels,
MCC (Motor Control Center) panels, PCC (Power Control Center) panels,
Capacitor bank panels and ATS panels.
• Testing of AC and DC supply panels.
• Taking suitable corrective action in case of fault location and making the
suitable modification for proper functioning.
• Panel testing as per circuit design diagrams & making modifications in the
same.
• Having inspection of Marine panels as per the standards of
Indian/International Registry of Shipping.
• Hands on Experience of performing HV (High Voltage) test on panels.

3. • Hands on Experience of MCB,MCCB, ACB, RELAYS,CONTACTORS,TIMERS,
etc
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of panels on site for multinational
organizations.
• Commissioning of panels in India as well as international sites like Dubai.
• Extensive experience of DG Synchronization including load management,
auto mains failure.
• Experience in doing primary and secondary current injection on MCCB’s
and ACB’s and testing tripping curves.
• Providing technical support to customer.
• Basic experience in programming PLC.
• Commissioning of soft starters and VFD’s.
