• The present system consists of entire
information is in the form of files and ledgers.
• It is difficult to search and retrieve relevant
data, when required.
• The main purpose of this system is to retrieve
the data quickly.

• In this project administrator is identified with a
unique identification and password.
• It maintains a database to store the data.
• This system helps to maintain the information about
the college budget details such as staff salaries,
transportation details.

6. System Features
Login:
Login through the initial screen of the system with the
help of user Id and Password. The purpose of this
specification is to verify the authorization of students
,supervisor and administrator.
Redirected to home page:
If entered password and id is valid then Administrator
/staff are redirected to respected home window.

7. Creation and managing the Budget:
Purpose of this system is to maintain the details of staff.
Add new staff members
The purpose of this requirement is to add new
staff.
Delete Staff members:
The purpose of this requirement is to delete some
of
Staff members if they leave the college.

8. Maintaining the transportation details:
The purpose of this requirement is to maintain the
transportation details like driver salaries and
maintenance cost of buses .
Maintaining database backup:
The database may get crashed at any certain time
due to virus or operating system failure.
