Project: Tax Reclaim System (TRS)

TRS - TRS is Taxminder Reclaim System developed for Citi custody clients across 14 international
markets and will be used by Citi Tax Operations for providing reclaim and quick refund services.
Reclaims are calculated on the basis of differentiation in treaty rate and the withholding tax rate for
particular investment.
TRS system provides functionality to its clients from generating recliams, processing recliams through
either single or in batch mode. Client investment details are fetched from system called Secore and then
this information is processed to determine reclaim eligibility and then the reclaims are been processed
through various stage management within Websphere Process Server (WPS).
