 Working for Desert Landscape Company as a Project Coordinator (Planning Engineer) in
Dubai (UAE).
Responsibilities:
 Project Planning, Monitoring & Tracking using Primavera P6 (8.3)
 Preparation of monthly plan to assist Engineers in achieving targets.
 Tracking on a weekly basis and highlighting the critical activities to the project head.
 Budget tracking (Planned Cost V/S Achieved Cost).
 Site visit to check the progress at site and inform Project in charge about progress/delay
of any particular activity and plan for the same.
 Preparation of progress report wrt the tracking done on weekly basis.
 Cost loading into the Program of Works as per BOQ.
 Resource loading in Primavera to get Manpower histogram for whole project.
 Assisting Quantity Surveyor for EOT claims.
 Quantity take off using Auto Cad.
