2. The Home of the Future
The center of the Media Convergence universe is a
broadband Internet connection connected to a
wireless router. All the other devices in the
converged home connect to the Internet through
the router, using a wired or wireless connection.

3. PCs
A PA will be a server in the home gradally.
And a PC will be the home electronics one
family needs.

4. PVR
The Personal Video Recorder(PVR) is a dvice that store
programs. Older PVRs have used magnetic tape to
record programs. But now PVRs use hard drives
because playback is faster and easier, and you never
have to rewind. PVRs are connected to a master
server on the Internet to obtain scheduling and
program
information. Users pick up the
programs by this information
and record as you want. In the
near future users can use thire
PVRs everywhere using the
Internet.

5. MP3
● MP3, is a patented digital
audio encoding format
using a form of lossy data
compression.
● It is a common audio
format for consumer
audio storage, as well as
a defacto standard of
digital audio compression
for the transfer and
playback of music on
digital audio players.
